In 2009, Peter Svedin had a vision. With deep knowledge, sales, and customer service experience in windows, he already understood and appreciated the great value of high-quality products. But something was missing. He wanted more.
Working out of his one-bedroom apartment, the entrepreneur toiled away until he devised his winning formula. Peter believed in providing the highest products and highest standards while also ensuring lifetime service with a labor guarantee. He believes people deserve the best service at the best price.
Peter took to the streets. He was relentless in promoting his company’s ideas, going as far knocking on doors around job sites to introduce crews to the quality they could provide.

I had my bathtub reglazed. The man who did the job was pleasant but did sloppy work. My wood floors just outside the bathroom were stained with white paint. My bathroom walls had dust and paint that I had to struggle to remove. Overall, I thought the service was poor.

We recently had a new shower installed by Lifetime Bath and Shower, Denver.
The experience was beyond wonderful.
From the initial discussion with Lifetime’s design consultant, Haley McDonald, until the renovation was completed (and I then called and spoke with the boss, Mike) the experience was truly exceptional.
The installers, Archie and Alex, are tremendously good craftsmen. To begin with they had to completely deconstruct the shower area. They did so very efficiently and the job site remained clean and well organized.
As you can imagine, with a job like this you come across structural and material problems. We had them time and again. Archie never flinched; he remained calm, analyzing the situation and resolving the issue. He is truly a superb craftsmen, and so is Alex.
And the project manager, Dallin, was terrific. He was at the job site everyday and worked closely with Archie and Alex to ensure the right materials were here as the pace of the project dictated.
And Archie, as well as Dallin, spoke with Jeremy at the main office numerous times to quickly and correctly resolve any and all issues (thank you, Jeremy!).
Bottom line, while we went into this renovation with much trepidation our apprehension was completely unfounded. The outcome of the renovation is beyond our expectations.

I cannot say enough great things about Lifetime Windows and especially Javier. During renovations at my home, Javier came out personally to assess the condition of the windows, the patio door lifetime installed and ensured they were properly cleaned and restored. Not only did he point out areas that my contractors had overlooked, but he also identified issues that I never would have noticed myself.
Javier went above and beyond stepping in to handle details that were far outside of his scope, simply because he cared about getting things done the right way. His professionalism, expertise, and genuine kindness made a stressful situation much easier. He is incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, personable, and reliable.

Had a complete bathroom renovation done - tub to shower conversion, flooring, toilet, vanity countertop & cabinet. Ryan Willis, sales rep, was extremely professional and sold us on the Lifetime warranties. He also assisted with material choices to help create a cohesive and high-end finish.
Arche and Alex, installers, ensured the project was completed in 4 days with minimal disruption to the rest of our home; leaving the entire space clean and spotless every day. Arche definitely has an "eye for design" with his suggestions for thoughtful placement of features and layouts.
Stefan, cabinet refinisher, had "laser" concentration to ensure high-quality results.
We are very pleased with the excellent craftsmanship and close attention to detail from this team.
Lastly, big thanks to Chris Gordon, Bath Production Manager, for keeping us updated and ensuring we knew what to expect at each stage of the remodeling.

Lifetime windows did an amazing job on our windows and sliding door! We went with lifetime after reviewing 5 different window companies. They were the most professional in getting us information on the windows and sliding door. They didn’t try to be the typical car salesman and over sell. They just stated facts and show us each part of the window and door. Installation was very fast and clean. We have dogs and they made sure the house and yard was as clean as they found it after every install day. I highly recommend the Diego install team and Slade as your window sales guy. Can’t say enough good things.
