I had a great experience with Lifetime Home Services! They were professional, on time, and did an amazing job refinishing my bathroom. The team was friendly and answered all my questions. My bathroom looks amazing. I highly recommend them!

I hired Lifetime Home Services on May 27th, 2025 to do a complete re-grouting job in my bathroom.

The first issue is that the technician arrived an hour and 15 minutes late. It took the technician an hour and 30 minutes to complete the re-grouting job in my bathroom. Mind you, Pablo, the scheduling manager, informed me that the job would take 5 hours to complete.

The speed in which the job was completed is clearly indicative of the poor outcome of the job. For example, the technician did the following:

1.Allowed cement to drip on my tiles.
2. Left uneven grout lines
3.Grout powder / residue was left unclean
4. Caused my tub to clog because he allowed the grout powder and cement to go down my drain. I had to call a plumber which obviously cost me.

In essence, my bathroom was left a complete mess! I submitted photos of the so-called "complete grout job" to the owner. He agreed that the job was poorly done and that the job would be redone. When I spoke to Pablo to reschedule a time to send a technician to fix the aforementioned issues, he suggested sending the same technician who initially did the job. I expressed to Pablo that I felt uncomfortable with allowing the same technician to come back to redo the bathroom grouting. Instead of sending someone else out to do the job, Pablo told me that the owner would give me a call, I assume to discuss the issue of sending the original technician further.

3 weeks have gone by since being told by Pablo that the owner would call me. At this point, I would like my money back!

Homeowners beware do not hire this company for any home improvement jobs. RUN! I have pictures to illustrate the monstrosity.

The experience started nice enough prompt phone calls fast scheduling of the service appointment. The worker came and was alone somehow broke our medicine cabinet and took 2 days to finish a job that was quoted as 1 day. I paid for the service and was promised a replacement mirror. Still has not happened and have not heard from anyone.

I recently had 9 windows installed by Lifetime, after being referred to them through Costco. While the Infinity window products themselves are excellent, the installation quality provided by Lifetime leaves much to be desired.

During the installation, they built new wood frames for most of the windows. While some of these frames look well-finished and fit closely against both the window and the wall, others were poorly done. In several places, there are noticeable gaps between the new frames and the wall—some wide enough to easily insert multiple coins. Even more concerning, one window has a significant gap between the frame and the window itself.

When I brought these issues to the attention of the project manager and store manager, the response was disappointing. Instead of offering to fix what is clearly substandard workmanship, the managers attempted to charge me extra to apply caulk to cover the gaps they left during installation. This is unacceptable, especially given the premium price of the service (~20K) and the expectations set by a Costco referral.

As a customer, I do not expect to argue over basic quality issues. I simply expect the work to be done correctly and for the company to stand behind their installation. The handling of my concerns showed a lack of accountability and poor customer service.

It has been several days since the installation, and I have not signed off on the completion form, as I do not consider this job finished. This is now delaying our planned wood stain and motorized shade installation. In the meantime, we’ve had to temporarily nail up bed cloths over the windows to block the sun, which is both inconvenient and frustrating—not the experience we expected from a brand-new window install. I hope Lifetime takes this feedback seriously and improves both their installation practices and post-sale support.

We hired Lifetime Home Remodeling to replace our siding and are very pleased with the final product. From Dee the salesperson, to Allen the project manager and the crew of BBB. They were on time, cleaned up every day and our new siding looks great! We would use Lifetime again for another home project.

They arrived on time, prepped and cleaned up as expected. Overall I was pleased with the outcome of my kitchen cabinet makeover.

Fantastic company! I had three windows and a patio sliding glass door replaced. From Sales Rep Paul to Installers Tim and Daniel, I found the process and information and work to be exceptional! To me, the Marvin products are the best! I highly recommend Lifetime and will continue to use them to replace the rest of my windows around my house.

We had a fantastic experience with Lifetime Home Remodeling for replacing our siding with Hardieboard.

The sales representative, Joe, was 'no pressure' yet was very informative and provided the education we needed to make an informed decision.

Lifetime's installers assigned to us, "BBB", were amazing and left a clean worksite each night. They worked diligently each day even through some terrible weather conditions. Their workmanship was impeccable and the City inspector even noted that the flashing and caulk work were among the best he had ever encountered.

The project manager, Allen, checked the installers work on-site most days and maintained a frequent and open communication dialog to keep us informed.

We were extremely satisfied with the entire experience and are delighted with the final product. THANK YOU LIFETIME!

The entire experience has been strange. When they installed our 2 doors, they didn’t tell us they would be removing our trim and replacing it with ones that do not match. They also didn’t fill the inch gap for the baseboards so that it didn’t look good. There are too many nail holes in the trim they put up and all in all didn’t do a good job framing the new $10,000 doors. I needed to get a replacement for the doggie door as the magnetic pieces are missing. It took a week to get someone out when I already offered to just take pictures since it’s a simple piece. 2 weeks after the tech came out for 3 minutes, they finally ordered the parts with a 4-6 week lead time. I wish we would have went in another direction as these are not worth the money and time spent.
