The homes duct/vent cleaning went great! The technician was very nice & showed us before and after pictures. He explained everything as he cleaned the air ducts & a few hours later all done all with no mess. We are very satisfied & I am very happy to be breathing cleaner air in my home now!!!

Scheduled immediately. Serviceman showed up on time. Respected our cleanliness. Suggested different solutions to our problem at different prices. Proceeded to fix problem and worked constantly and efficiently. After installation, verified no leaks, cleaned up thoroughly. Very impressed with work. Fall damaged spout and control valve.

I was shopping for a replacement of my super old furnace and non-functional AC. Micah thoroughly examined my old HVAC setup and suggested various options. He was very knowledgeable and seemed to care about what he does. After getting a few other quotes, I decided to go with Logan. On the install day, Jared, Romeo, and Sam were super knowledgeable and professional. Installed everything in two days. I would definitely recommend this company if you’re looking for HVAC replacement in Cincinnati. Competitive pricing, knowledgeable people - and friendly too.

So totally impressed with my Logan Master plumber Leisl. She is friendly and nice AND she is competent, knowledgeable, and efficient. Her work area was left impeccably clean! And checks her work to ensure that it's done properly and not leaking. My house is 130 years old, she knows her stuff. I have two other jobs for her to do. So happy that I called Logan Services. 8/21/25 Sharing another awesome service that Liesl and Caleb provided in July 2025. They expertly removed my concrete utility tub and replaced with this beautiful stainless steel utility sink. I expected a lot of noise and concrete dust when they were removing it, but literally heard only two sounds and there was no dust. I think they must be Plumbing Magicians! I highly recommend this company for replacing a hot water heater. Communication is excellent and I was very happy the company sends a picture of the technician coming to your home and their credentials. I’m very happy with the replacement of my hot water heater and the positive experience.

They also replaced my HVAC system and I couldn’t believe how quick and efficient this team was. They took care of the replacement so much quicker than I thought it would take. And they were very respectful to my home by placing covers on my floors and cleaning up everything before leaving. Tyler, Noah and Kris did a great job. And Tyler explained everything in a way I could fully understand. I truly appreciate this team and Logan AC & Heat services.

Extremely Disappointed – Would Not Recommend

We had a terrible experience with Logan AC & Heat. Our install on 6/16 took over 12 hours in 90+ degree heat. I’m 7 months pregnant, and at the end of this exhausting day, the crew informed us they were out of coolant, meaning the job wasn’t actually finished.

At 9PM, with the thermostat reading 86 degrees (after they turned the heat on to test it), we had no choice but to stay with family for the night. We were told we’d be a priority the next day, but didn’t hear from anyone until 7PM the following evening. That’s over 48 hours without AC, during the hottest days of the year.

To make matters worse, they weren’t prepared to install our thermostat, used a dirty, mismatched plate from their truck, and left holes in our wall with no proper cover and in a filthy condition. We called immediately to express frustration and were promised a follow-up. It took three weeks to get the wall addressed.

Despite being displaced from our home, dealing with unsafe heat, and the stress at this stage of pregnancy, we were offered a 1-year free service plan (for a brand new unit we likely won’t need service on) and a $200 gift card. That doesn't come close to making up for the inconvenience, lack of communication, or disruption we experienced.

We are extremely dissatisfied with both the installation and customer service. Logan will not be recommended to anyone we know.

Had a complete HVAC system installed by Logan Services … installers Tyler, Noah and Kris, where professionals… in and out in less than 7 hrs. Explained how to use the thermostat and the Trane Home app. Very happy with Logan both there sales representative Zane and installer. Would recommend using Logan Services !!

We had a new furnace, air conditioner, and hot water heater installed. Our home has never been so comfortable. Tyler, Noah and Max did a wonderful job installing our furnace and air-conditioning unit. Connor installed our hot water heater and was very professional and did a great job. The crew from Logan services were very respectful and professional. I would Highly recommend Logan services to any of my family and friends.

I needed a complete new ac system. Josh, jacob and the team showed up and we're helpful straightforward and got the job done. They were very polite great with any questions we had, and the install looks great, will recommend to anyone who needs them!
