Logan Services AC & Heat

Hi there! My name is Karen and I was looking for a new HVAC system to replace the 22 year-old system I had in my home. Tyler, from Logan Services, came out and showed me the Trane brand they recommend. I was happy with the estimate and just had a new Trane furnace and air conditioner installed today! Travis and Alex were the installers and they arrived right on time and were very professional and friendly. They got right to work putting everything together and explaining what they were going to do. Once they had everything installed, they asked me to download the Trane Home app on my phone. Travis walked me through the application showing me how to monitor my HVAC system both on the thermostat and on my phone. They both did an excellent job and left everything nice and tidy. I would definitely recommend Logan Services to anyone looking for a new HVAC system!

I just had Logan Services here in the last couple days. Took advantage of there February special - Purchase an A/C unit and get a Free Furnace. Travis, the crew leader and his 2 assistants were great. They came in and worked all day Friday and then back today to finalize the install to completion. I couldn't be happier. They worked solid throughout their time here and made sure I was coached on the entire system.

The sales person Matt was very professional and informative. The installation crew were all very nice and did a decent job. We had a new gas furnace and AC unit installed. The only issues we had was something left loose and natural gas leaked into our home. We called and convinced them to come the next day when we noticed it. Fixed quickly. Only other issue were hand prints left on the side of our home . The install crew kept everything inside protected and cleaned up well. All in all I feel like we received a fair price for a top notch system. Customer service, even on a Saturday, was excellent.

So totally impressed with my Logan Master plumber Leisl. She is friendly and nice AND she is competent, knowledgeable, and efficient. Her work area was left impeccably clean! And checks her work to ensure that it's done properly and not leaking. My house is 130 years old, she knows her stuff. I have two other jobs for her to do. So happy that I called Logan Services. 8/21/25 Sharing another awesome service that Liesl and Caleb provided in July 2025. They expertly removed my concrete utility tub and replaced with this beautiful stainless steel utility sink. I expected a lot of noise and concrete dust when they were removing it, but literally heard only two sounds and there was no dust. I think they must be Plumbing Magicians! You never get a 2nd chance to make a great 1st impression. Those first impressions shape your opinion and frame your thoughts -sometimes forever- in regard to someone or something, and Logan Services for us hit it out of the park. From their salesman Tyler to the installers Zac and Alex, the purchase and installation of our new Trane unit was flawless. Logan is a family business, not some store front name that is actually owned behind the scenes by some huge conglomerate gobbling up all the little guys, and so integrity and service are important to them because their own family name and how people react to that name when they hear it are what is at stake. Great job Tyler, Zac, and Alex. Great job Logan Services. I very sincerely would recommend that at the very least you provide this company an opportunity to show you why they are so highly thought of in what all they do. I just don't believe you will regret it.

I discovered Logan AC & Heat Services while browsing Facebook last weekend. Our furnace had stopped working two weeks prior, and my husband had attempted to fix it, but unfortunately, his efforts were unsuccessful, and we were left without heat despite his best efforts and the installation of new parts. So I visited their website and learned about their free furnace inspection offer, which prompted me to take action, especially with the looming cold temperatures and snowfall. I scheduled an appointment for Monday morning at 9:00 am. Our service inspector and sales representative, Micah, arrived on time, with a smile, and a determination to resolve our heating issue. I shared with him that our furnace had been malfunctioning for over two years and was well over 25 years old. He took the time to explain the potential causes and the necessary steps to restore our heat, as well as addressing the tripping hazard posed by our sump pump installation. I was extremely stressed, but he reassured me that he would provide us with several options and follow up with a phone call later that day. True to his word, he called within the hour, and even offered information on financial assistance options. Although we were unable to secure financial assistance due to personal reasons, Micah and the owner refused to give up on us, working tirelessly to find a solution that would allow us to have heat by the weekend. By Thursday morning, they had come up with a reasonable price that we could afford, and scheduled the installation for the following morning, Friday, December 12th, at 9:00 am. On Friday, I was warmly greeted by Tyler and Noah, who were absolutely amazing. They were respectful, friendly, and knowledgeable about the work that needed to be done. They were understanding and accommodating of our three cats and three dogs, who kept them company downstairs. I even overheard them singing Christmas songs, which brightened my day. Before completing the job, Tyler took the time to explain everything to me, ensuring that I understood how to maintain our new system and operate the thermostat. They also provided us with a carbon monoxide detector for upstairs, as we already had one in the basement. I am overwhelmed with gratitude for this incredible company and everyone who helped my family have heat this weekend, just in time for the -1° temperatures. I will be sharing my exceptional experience with all my family, friends, and acquaintances, singing the praises of this amazing company from now on. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. 12/9/25 I had a Trane 100,000 BTU furnace and a 3 ton AC unit installed by Tyler and Noah. They were punctual, courteous and knowledgeable. Upon arrival (they were wearing booties) they appraised the job and reiterated what agent Micah had told me would be done. The new thermostat footprint was smaller than the previous one so to cover the unpainted area they installed a cover plate, which looks great.. Upon completion of the job, the workings of the furnace and thermostat were explained. Cleanup was thorough. When they left, I had toasty warm heat. I would give them a 10 star review. I would highly recommend working with Logan AC and heating services. You can tell they value the customer.

Matt Clavey , Jason Meyer are the first two I had the pleasure of speaking with. The pair made everything clear. Matt Clavey is a heck of a salesman keep that guy around. Everything was understood. Then the day of the install . I had the complete HVAC system done. Dave and Donald forgive me if I got the names wrong. Both did a excellent job communicating what was going to be done step by step. It was raining pretty good outside. I had a great experience all around. Logans Services is a great company with a team of knowledgeable and very friendly people. Would definitely use them again. I would recommend them to family and friends. Great Company 👍

We recently had Logan Services install a new dual fuel heat pump, and we couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience from start to finish.

Our sales representative Tyler was outstanding. Decided on replacing my AC and Furnace. Sales person was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the different options and answer all my questions. Was no pressure while I received multiple quotes from different companies. Their price was very competitive but not the lowest. Multiple payment options are offered and once I made the decision to buy the system it was installed within 2 days. Install crew was great. Very clean and took the time to explain the operation thoroughly. Would recommend.
