First of all, I'd like to thank the staff (sales person & office) of Luxury Bath of Tampa Bay for their professional and interpersonal skills. They did not try to sell me the most expensive remodeling package.
Thank you Soledda & Desmond for a job well done in remodeling my shower in my master bedroom. They were on time each day. Also, covered my floors in the work area every day to prevent any damage to my wood flooring. At the end of the day, the coverings were removed, work area cleaned to prevent any accidents. They took the time to explain any questions that I had about the process.
A few days after the project was completed, I called the office, and spoke to Becky about something minor. She immediately scheduled Austin to come out to resolve the minor issue. Also, he took the time to explain all the moving parts of the shower equipment. I want to thank him too.

I cannot say enough good things about the team at Luxury Bath of Tampa Bay. Our installers, Lari and Pedro, were absolute professionals from start to finish. What was supposed to be a standard three-day remodel turned into a much larger project when they discovered significant damage behind the old walls.
Instead of rushing through or covering it up, they stayed in the Orlando area to ensure the structural repairs were done correctly and safely. Their dedication to craftsmanship and doing the job "the right way" is rare to find. Luxury Bath did a great remodel of our master bath-taking the tub out, replacing with a shower and new fixtures, flooring, vanity & lighting. Larry & Pedro were able to navigate a 1950's house and all its "specail needs" when doing a remodel. The floor ro ceiling acrylic panels look fabulous and will be so much easier to clean! We love the rainfall shower and are getting our shower glass this week!

We have been putting our bathroom remodel off for 6 years because of the nightmare stories we have heard about FL contractors. After meeting Mike, your salesman, we finally felt comfortable to finally do it. We had another estimate scheduled, but we cancelled it. He gave us new ideas on a complete remodel and it turned out just as he laid out and we absolutely love it. Becky was great as our contact prior to the install and ensured they had all the materials ready to go. Macin and Alvin were a good team. They arrived each day at 8:30, as promised. Macin is a true master craftsman. Every cut was flawless. We were told 5 days, and they finished in 4 1/2. We can't imagine choosing a better contractor than Luxury Bath. You get what you pay for, but in the most positive sense. We changed our shower/tub to just a shower and have had it for about 2 months now. It really does feel like a spa in this beautiful new rain shower we got. It's got a dedicated shelf to put your foot up to shave! It's incredibly easy to clean. And the customer service is fantastic. We did run into a few very minor issues in the installation process that caused a few extra repair visits, and they were taken care of promptly.
We also got new toilets installed in all three bathrooms and they are wonderful.
We'll be calling Luxury Bath for our next remodel!

Entire experience was awesome from David S coming to our House to Becky in the office handling any issues, but the best part was Soleda H and Alvin our install team. Their attitude and craftsmanship were very refreshing. Highly recommend this company!
