You get what you pay for, but in the most positive sense. We changed our shower/tub to just a shower and have had it for about 2 months now. It really does feel like a spa in this beautiful new rain shower we got. It's got a dedicated shelf to put your foot up to shave! It's incredibly easy to clean. And the customer service is fantastic. We did run into a few very minor issues in the installation process that caused a few extra repair visits, and they were taken care of promptly.
We also got new toilets installed in all three bathrooms and they are wonderful.
We'll be calling Luxury Bath for our next remodel!

Our Bathtub-to-Shower Conversion bathroom remodeling project has been completed successfully. We are very happy to say that Luxury Bath of Tampa Bay has delivered everything that we expected.
Becky, Lenny, Marcin & Zane were understanding and cooperative throughout the entire process. Lenny was friendly and honest. He spent multiple hours with us and guided us about the advantages and disadvantages of having certain things and later gave us a reasonable quote.
After the remodeling project was completed, we felt like changing a few things in the bathroom. When we texted Lenny, he replied to us within a few minutes. Even in his indisposed condition, he replied to us right away and forwarded our request to Becky. Surprisingly, within a few minutes, we received a call from Becky and scheduled an appointment to take care of our request. The very next day, as per the appointment time, Marcin came & replaced what we requested. This shows that Luxury Bath is very caring, considerate and cooperative to fulfill the needs & requests of customers.

I highly recommend Luxury Bath of Tampa Bay. It is a honest company with competitive pricing. The designer Mike was knowledgeable, detail oriented paying attention to all the little details. The office staff is polite and will answer any questions to put your mind at ease that you chose the right company. The installation start was timely, as promised. Santiago and Cody worked well with team leader Steve to assure everything was installed properly, the work area was kept clean and orderly as the days work progressed. They made sure at the end of each day, floors were swept and everything clean and in order. All were polite and respected my home and myself. As a result I am very happy with Luxury Bath.

We love our new shower! The installers were wonderful. Angel with his team (Santiago for demolition and Ari for installation) did an excellent job of removing the old cracked tile shower, raising the ceiling above the shower and rebuilding with the new acrylic shower. They were professional and considerate and consulted with us to be sure the options were as we wanted them. Angel suggested extending the acrylic beyond the shower, and it really made it look much larger as well as providing more protection from water. The design consultant Lenny was great at explaining all the options for the order and estimate and the office staff was very helpful. All around pleasant experience. Thank you!

I needed a bath to shower conversion and contacted Luxury Bath of Tampa. I was impressed from the large selection of options available and the quality of the products. Angel and Ari did the installation of my new shower and new toilet. I could not be happier!! Not only was the work done with perfection, Angel and Ari were very hard workers and extremely polite and respectful. I appreciate they took their time to explain everything to me, make sure I was happy and they were very neat and cleaned up the work area every day. I wish I could give Luxury Bath and Angel and Ari a 10+++. Great products and super great customer service from start to finish. I LOVE MY BEAUTIFUL NEW SHOWER!!

From the sales rep to installers were all professional and did an amazing job! The installers Larry and Pedro had to demo and install and they covered area outside bathroom and swept every day they were here! It turned out beautiful. They earned a 5 star review!
