Luxury Bath of Central Florida

My hubby Wally and I couldn't be happier with our newly constructed bathroom upgrade from Luxury Bath!! It is gorgeous!!!! Knock wood, everything has turned out perfectly...from the initial visit to the showroom in Palm Harbor w/ Jennifer, to meeting with the very patient & creative (6' 9") design consultant, Mark C....fast forward to Mike & Angel’s arrival- the awesome installer duo!!!
We were accommodated by having the install done during our 'spring break'. The guys were on time, friendly, down-to-earth and funny, but also very professional & knowledgeable! For nearly 3 days they gladly answered dozens of my dumb questions & weren't phased by my peering around, taking 'before & during pictures' and sometimes getting in their space…they were always kind, and even extra conscious of & careful not to let out our 4 cats, two of which were trying to supervise from afar. (Cricket says she's sorry she wasn't more friendly.) I can’t say it enough times- how happy we are & impressed-from the choice of colors, textures, and materials…. to the actual tear down, building up & setting up the shower space, the daily clean ups, to the magnificent end result!! And especially, the dedication from Mike & Angel to making sure things were done perfectly, neatly, and on time…down to the last moments when they gave us a demo on the shower & doors, the cleaning & maintenance spiel, etc. No detail was left out!!! ( I just wish we had used them on our previous bathroom upgrade from a different company! ) I would NOT hesitate to use Luxury Bath in the future & would recommend them 110%!!! We were very happy with our shower remodel. Installers Mike and Austin we very professional and experienced. They took care to place drop cloths over our carpet to prevent tracking in dirt while going in and out. They answered our questions and got our opinion when choices needed to be made during installation. Would recommend them.

I first order a walk in tub, The workers became like family so sweet and helpful. Liked the experience and tub so much we order a tub for the other bathroom with all the water jets. People where great to work with. Clint, Alvin and Hector did my instillation . They were so professional so helpful and so polite, it became like family working in our home. I would recommend them to anyone. The salesman Lenny was great too. Explained everything to us before the sale was honest and had no surprises everything was like he told us. I don't have a third bath or I would hire them again.

Luxury Bath did a great job with our shower update. We had the typical shower with tile and doors. We now have a “Roman” style shower with a half wall and glass above the wall. The walls are continuous using “Microban”, material, no tile, no mold. Steve and Austin did a GREAT job, knowledgable, meticulous, attention to detail. Becky in the office was a great help through the process. Doug Cunningham - sales - also did a great job representing the product. We would highly recommend Luxury Bath for bathroom renovations.

I recently had the pleasure of having Mike and Sergio install our new shower from Luxury Bath, and I couldn't be happier with their service. From start to finish, they were exceptionally timely, arriving right on schedule and completing the installation efficiently.

Their attention to details and cleanliness was impressive; they made sure to keep the work area tidy and left no mess behind. Communication was another strong point; in addition to the install team, Becky from the office and Doug from sales kept us informed throughout the process, answering all our questions and ensuring we were satisfied with the progress.

The quality of their work is outstanding—the shower looks fantastic and functions perfectly. I highly recommend Luxury Bath, Doug for a no pressure thorough sales presentation and product display, Becky for her great communication from the office and Mike and Sergio for any installation needs; their professionalism and craftsmanship truly set them apart!

We just had a tub/shower combination turned into a full walk-in shower. Well, were happy to report that it turned out wonderful. We could not be more please with the product, the professional work done by Jason and Dez. They were always on time pleasant to be with worked as a TEAM and cleaned up to perfection. Also working with Becky at the main office was also a very professional experience. Good company would certainly recommend to others. Just a word to the wise, l would prepare for a two day project, one day is a stretch.

Our experience with Luxury Bath was a positive one from the first phone call. The salesman, Eric, did a great job helping us to choose the products appropriate for us and within our budget. He went over and above to see that our shower was installed before our out of town family's visit. He was informative, kind and courteous. Also, it was a delight to talk with Becky whenever I wanted an update on the delivery and scheduling of our project. Becky was very accommodating, understanding and efficient. She was prompt with her responses and made considerable effort to be sure that I was up to date with the progress.
The installers that came to do our installation were very polite, extremely diligent about their business and displayed tremendous professionalism. They were careful to be sure that placement of accessories were exactly where we would want them. They were informative and quick to answer any questions that we had. Hard working men who were competent and efficient.
Customer service is important to us. Dealing with Luxury Bath was a refreshing change from other companies we have dealt with through our home renovations.

First, the reason I needed a new shower installed. My all in one tub/shower combo that came with my new home cracked less than a year later when my son slipped and fell in it. Heads up that was not under warranty!

Luxury Bath to the rescue!! They installed a shower unit that is solid to the floor and gives my family a more spacious shower.
