We reached out for a roofing quote and had a really positive experience. They responded quickly, showed up when they said they would, and took the time to look over everything thoroughly. The estimate was clear and detailed, and they explained the different options without any pressure or upselling. We appreciated how professional and honest they were throughout the process. Even though we’re still deciding on next steps, we felt confident and well informed after meeting with them.

Roman came out to quote our roof and we had a great experience. He was professional, on time, and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. He answered all of our questions without making us feel rushed and gave an honest, detailed estimate. We really appreciated how knowledgeable and respectful he was throughout the process. Roman was extremely thorough and very professional and polite. We need new windows and a sliding glass door. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions regarding the windows and all of their components and installation questions as well as giving a detailed description and background on the company and their values and what to expect from them as well as the process of what is to come. It was a 3 hour estimate and consult and was worth every minute. Roman made us feel very comfortable and at ease. He even interacted with all of our fur babies and they can be alot. ( There are 7 of them ). And was very patient with us when we addressed concerns and the many questions. He worked very hard on getting us a budget and payment we could work with and not feel stressed about. My mother and I would highly recommend this company if you are looking for any projects that you need done. They are very personable and really seem to care about their customers and not just profits like some of those national companies.

We are delighted with the work Joe and Rob did for us yesterday. Not only is the work perfect but they are such nice courteous men. Midwest went out of their way to be of help for us but didn’t stop until these excellent men did the job. Thank you and hope to see them next spring with another exterior job.

Just wanted to share about the quality of the sliding doors installed at our Northern Michigan cottage. Dylan, Caleb and Brody were professional and hard working and made sure we were happy. Thanks all for the beautiful view of the lake we had not seen in years.

Our experience was great from the first interaction to the final product. Ashlyn came to our door and scheduled us for a free inspection and quote. She was very pleasant and we felt confident with scheduling an appointment. Barry came out and was friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to educate us on our roof. He did a very thorough inspection and even got into our attic. We felt very comfortable moving forward with absolutely pressure. Wisdom communicated throughout the entire process so we knew the exact timeline of our project. Michael did a great job overseeing the project and was on site to make sure things were going smoothly. We would HIGHLY recommend Midwest Exteriors.

They were awesome to work with! Once they started the job, there was no delays in getting the job complete. Amazed at the long hours the installers put in everyday. They would work sun up to sun down. Travis, our project manager was fantastic to work with. He would go the extra mile to meet our needs. Very personable and friendly. He really cares about you and your project. I'm not sure what he's getting paid but it's not enough, Midwest Exteriors LLC is blessed to have him as an employee. Needless to say, I would use them again for any building needs. Our finished siding job makes our house look incredible.

I will recommend Midwest Exteriors to anyone until I'm blue in the face. Hands down the best balance as far as quality, professionalism, feasibility, and customer service! We had 10 windows replaced in our modular (yes, really) and we couldn't be happier. Grace (Luka, later) welcomed us with open arms, and the best sales pitch I never thought I'd WANT to hear. We learned about the great product, warranty, and the stellar team behind this company, and haven't looked back with apprehension. In all honesty, there was a small hiccup with the final touches during install, but a conversation was had with Michael, and the whole issue was solved beyond our wishes. Special shout out to Benny (hope I'm remembering that right) for coming out on a Saturday to finish the install!!

The initial meeting with Barry Cobbley was amazing. He was so nice, not at all like a typical sales person. He was friendly and made you feel comfortable with what he was presenting to us. Not one single time did he say something negative about the other window companies out there. He focused on his product and what his company had to offer. It was the way he approached the sale that really made the decision to go with their company incredible easy! Thank you Barry!!
