Brian H. and his partner were fast, efficient and explained everything to me during the installation of my new shower stall. It turned out better than I expected and I would recommend their services to anyone. I experienced excellent customer service and am glad that I finally have a functional, low maintenance shower. It also has more space than my former one although it was installed in the exact same spot as it was before. I can't wait to use it!

We had Mn Rusco give us a quote on updating our bathroom. We had an old bathtub that leaked into the basement every time you used it. They had a ton of options to choose from we picked a tub, shower hardware, wall patterns, flooring, the vanity and countertop with new door and floor trim and we’d paint the walls ourselves. Our installer was Dave Loehrer construction Inc from Princeton. Nice and local. Dave was great with communication. He said they’ll be there at 7am to start and they were on the dot. Dave confirmed what we were planning to do with the bathroom from the materials they had for this job. Dave’s a very upbeat guy. We were laughing a lot while they were working, you didn’t feel awkward or “in the way” like some of the other projects we’ve had done here. They made sure we had everything we wanted where the vanity goes, how high the shower caddy’s should be. Even an issue with the transition under the door making suggestions that it would look better with the original transition looking better. It took two days to complete which is what the quote stated. But adding up the total time it was about 12 hours to complete which is great.

I had a great experience with my bathroom remodel. Dave Loehrer and his crew did a wonderful job. They were on time, pleasant, efficient, and really knew what they were doing. Dave was especially helpful in explaining the steps they would take and what to expect when they are finished. They were done in less than a day (including the city inspections they scheduled) and cleaned up they worksite completely. I would highly recommend Minnesota Rusco and Dave's crew for their quality products and professional installation service.

I love our new cabinets! They recommended a refacing of our cabinets because the original boxes were still in very good condition. This saved us a significant amount of money. There was zero mess or demo. At the end of the day the kitchen looked as though no one had been there working all day. They kept to the timeline of 3-5 days. The installer, whose name I don’t recall should be acknowledged for his excellent work. He also noticed the gas line to our stove had been installed incorrectly. He called Mn Rusco and the next day they sent out someone who made the repair. Shanna was always super responsive to my questions and concerns. The whole process start to finish was a breeze. And now I have a beautiful kitchen.

Prompt service from first contact. Everyone was very nice and worked with my plans for the home. Rusco team member's provided excellent suggestions with an array of quality products to complete the project. I had 13 windows and double dutch siding/versetta stone installed. Sergey (probably spelled wrong) and the window crew got’er done fast. Vlad and his siding crew got it done fast taking care to do the job right. Both crews paying attention to details and great workmanship. They kept the area around the home neat and clean from beginning to end for project. The office crew was great too, easy to contact and returned phone calls promptly. Before and after pics. Got rid of that giant 50yo bay window!

This bathroom project went very well! I had a complete remodel in my bathroom and added a tub and shower . Travis and Mitch were absolutely amazing . They ran into a couple of issues during the project , but always communicated and let me know what was going on and they fixed it . They took the time they needed to complete the project right and were meticulous. I had to include and show the trim , in the pictures . I was not sure how it was going to look with some of my lighter wood around my pocket doors , but I am very pleased with the outcome.
I would recommend Rusco hands down and Travis and Mitch to do your bathroom! It is absolutely beautiful I do not think the pictures do a justice , but believe me it is beautiful. Thank you for the superb customer service Travis and Mitch .
