The product looks good the sales representative was nice. The thing I don't like is when it came down to the price the representative would not allow me time to think about the purchase. He kept pressuring me to agree to purchasing the windows right now. To me when someone keeps pushing a person to sign a contract when the person wants time to review the massive information that was just provided to them, then allow people the opportunity to regurgitate the information. I will not be calling them back again to install any windows.

Thank you for the response but that is the standard business response and you really do not mean it. From my experience with your sales representative Miracle Windows & Showers only gets customers if you pressure them to buy products from you.

I couldn't be more impressed with the quality of these hurricane windows. Shawn showed us the glass and then hammered a nail into a board with it. Wow! We installed them right after the epic snowfall of 2025. Instantly, our house felt warmer, traffic noise was muffled and my new windows are a cinch to clean!! The installers did such a great job! Straight caulk lines, no mess and best of all-diagnosed an issue with my front door closing and scraping. On the way out, he tightened a screw and now my front door is as good as new again!! This team was the real deal of professionalism! I am so happy with my Miracle!

Excellent Installation, record time less than 5 hours for 5 windows. Mr. Homer and his crew made an amazing job. Very courteous and professional. Thank you so much Miracle Windows.

My experience with these guys was awesome. The installers did an amazing job and I couldn't be happier. They even replaced the valve/hardware inside the wall where the shower turn on goes. I wish these projects were less expensive, but I got both my showers done for around the same price as another company quoted for one shower. I do recommend these folks if you need a shower/tub remodel.

All I can say is Tito, Tito, Tito!!!! You did an AMAZING …an absolutely incredible job at representing Miracle Windows the company and the actual product!! I cannot wait to meet up again to confirm the installation date! The way you went over each and every detail of the window(s) how they are built to what the actual window can endure as far as durability like weather.. ya know that is important to me since I’m from Florida and we have a hurricane season every year!! 🙃 You were so very informative and knew every answer to every question. Salesman came to my home, I explained that we would like to keep the visit brief as we had kids to pick up, etc. The salesman, who claimed to be the ‘Founder’, showed no respect for our home, our time, or us individually. He was determined to give his 2.5 hr demo and no quote. He was pushy, and when we explained that we would make a decision in a couple of days because of our work schedules, and could not set another appointment he was angry and practically stormed out of the house. Disrespectful, slimy salesman. Wasted our time and got angry when one of us had leave to pick up our kids from school, proceeded to bang on a window with plywood after being told that I had a terrible headache and would like to wrap things up. Sat on my expensive, custom leather couches and tried to hammer a nail into the window sample without asking if it was ok to do that. Our good manners kept us from tossing him out on his butt several times. We did get an email bid that required another visit from this guy to go over special/incentives. I don’t care what the windows can do, I wouldn’t let that guy back in my house if you paid me. Read reviews about this same guy apparently claiming to CEO, Owner etc. Do yourself a favor and read all the reviews on this company and be prepared the waste 2.5 hrs and likely more.

Highly recommend this company! Great experience from beginning to end. The girl on the phone when I scheduled my appointment was super nice and professional and the guy that came out to do the quote was friendly and knowledgeable.

Most importantly, the install process was a breeze and I couldn't be happier with the new windows.

Only use this company if you want crackheads doing the actual install. Today, I'm paying THOUSANDS to fix everything they did wrong. See the pics for yourself...

Rated this company a 1 due to mismeasuring our windows in the front after they were measured 1 time then a 2nd time only to find they are the wrong windows. Complaints were made to the salesman Sean Eaton who has yet to call and apologize to us and to give us the next steps for what has to be done. Poor rep for the company. We made the initial order in may, Now there is no telling how long we have to wait now because our sales rep didn't have enough concern about it to contact us.
