Florida Door & Window replaced all the windows at Pink Pearl Palace and did an amazing job. They completed everything in one day, were professional, on time, and left the property clean.
They originally worked with us as American Door & Window and continued to honor their service through the company transition, which I really appreciated. The windows look beautiful and the process was smooth from start to finish.

Where do I even begin. Only giving two stars because the sales person was kind and the installer was kind but all in all I truly feel like I was scammed. I paid over $5,000 for four windows, and from start to finish this has been a terrible experience. Communication was awful, I had to repeatedly reach out just to find out when my windows would even be installed. Within the first week after installation, the windows started failing. While laying in bed, I heard an extremely loud popping noise, it honestly sounded like a gunshot. My ears rang for hours. The very next day, it happened again. When I went to open the window, it immediately slammed shut and would not stay open. I later learned the balancers/springs had broken and that’s what caused the loud popping sounds. To their credit, the company did send someone out quickly to fix that issue. However, the core problem is the product itself. These windows are poorly made. You must use two hands just to close and lock them. Every time I open the bottom window to let air in, it will not lock unless I physically push up on the top window with one hand while forcing the bottom window down with the other to line up the lock. This should absolutely not be happening with brand-new windows. The product is cheap, defective, and unacceptable for the price paid. I am beyond disappointed and feel completely taken advantage of. I work in the real estate industry, and based on this product alone, I would never recommend Miracle Windows and Doors to anyone. Also, what is with them changing ownership and names so much. Very sketchy.

Nate gave us a presentation on walk-in showers. He did arrive on time. Nate explained the history of the company and the quality of the materials which are made in the USA. Shower was installed by James and Ryan. They did an awesome job with the installation. You can definitely tell the quality and pride they put into their work. All the debris was removed and hauled away. The area was all cleaned up also. We love our shower 🙂

We had 8 windows installed. All done in one day and look great! The crew that did the installation was excellent and extremely professional. They did meticulous work and very efficiently installed all 8 windows in one day. I would definitely use ( and ask for) these guys again. The windows are beautiful and make the house look great. Thanks. 😊☘️

Had Miracle in today for quote on windows. The sales rep Stephen Walter's did a great presentation was professional and courteous and had shown me the difference between competitors windows and theirs. The quality of their product supersedes others I seen.

Updated to include pics of the shoddy work. It's funny how you guys respond here after two days but don't return our calls for weeks. I'm dropping a star to 1 cause that's what this experience has been.
Shoddy work - our new back door still doesn't close fully, and the damage done to our house during installation that they said they were fixing was never fixed. But the worst part is it's nearly impossible to get a hold of anyone who knows what is going on AFTER you pay them. Before you pay them, they text, they email, they're great. Once they have your money? They stop caring entirely. I picked them based on the national brand name, but I wish I had used the local company I got my second quote from.
Just noticed other reviewers complaining about the door seal too, I guess that's something they do a lot.
Unless you want a contractor that provides zero communication and and doesn't finish their jobs, keep looking!

It's going on 3 years since this company installed my french doors. I have had 3 different employees come to see that the doors don't seal.
I contacted the BBB to file a complaint. Suddenly I received a call they were sending someone out.
The last one took the door apart and discovered the manufacturers shoddy work, took pictures and ordered new french doors. He said it would take about 7 weeks to get the new ones. Going on 3 months now with no contact from this company.

Thank you, Tito Brown, for showing us the "miracle" of these windows. They look amazing !!! Although the job was awesome, it has been 4 WEEKS since they installed the windows. We are still waiting for the inspector to come , check the stickers, and give the ok to Rolland to come and finish the job. I have called several times to the business, they said they were going to take care of it. So far, NOTHING has happened ! This is a job no finish. Poor integrity.
