Sun Solar

Had Sun Solar install solar panels with net metering about a month ago.great company to work with! Very happy with the process from start to finish! Huge tax incentives and about a $11 monthly power bill!

We had panels installed back in June and they still are not active. The electric company came out in august to switch them on but he couldn’t because they weren’t working. I have called, texted and verbally relayed the fact that something is wrong with our panels and they need to send someone out, I was completely ignored after being promised a call to schedule, only to have the electric company show up at my house TODAY to tell me they got the go ahead from sun solar and yet again he can’t turn them on because they aren’t working… because I was ignored. If you decide to go with sun solar and get Kyndal as your project manager, ask for a different project manager, absolutely appalling customer service if you can even call it that.

Avoid this company at all costs if you have any expectation for customer service or value your money at all. After signing my contract for solar in April 2023, I still sit here today with no solar panels or answers. I have had 3 project managers. The first one I had never responded to me at all, and I was told she is "very busy" with all her projects. The second one really couldn't answer my questions, and then I never heard from her again. I found out I had a new/third project manager when he randomly called me one day. A few months back, I was told my project was about to be scheduled. Then I was told that all of my panels/materials were accidently taken by a crew to another project. Finally, I was told my install would be today, and then no one ever showed up. The entire process has been a joke, and for a very expensive purchase that I took very seriously, it seems like they could really care less when I get installed. Do your research an go with a different company. I can honestly say that I will being telling everyone in my area how horrible this experience was. Don't trust your time or money with this company!

Horrible company been trying to get solar for 8 months they could not get the nma so I would not let then hook up.. they had no glue what panels I ordered was gonna give me whatever was in-stock at the time .. the guy working my case had no idea I paided 31500 already half down . No clue .now I'm trying to cancel they claiming a restocking fee but for what. Total lack of care they only care about the pay check not helping people stay away . It's been over a month they ignore me and say they call but they don't I will be going to the attorney General office if nothing changes today

My wife and I purchased our system in Nov of 2022. They bent over backwards for us to the point I now work for the company and could not ask for a better place to work. All we pay now is our meter fee. We are blessed to be a part of the Sun Solar family

Craig Jamison knows so much about solar and provides a great customer experience! I was amazed at the savings you get when you switch over! It is a LOT of money. He can also help you get a great idea of other perks/breaks/incentives you can get when you choose solar! You won’t be disappointed!!
