Our walk-in shower pan developed a crack and needed to be replaced. I contacted both plumbers and carpenters in our area to have someone to come to give me an estimate on repair. However, no one was interested either because of the ceramic tile which would have to be torn out or the job was too small. I saw the advertisement on TV from Carolina Home Remodeling showing the Jacuzzi walk in shower. I called CHR located in Charlotte, NC, which is two hours from our home and spoke to Betsy. I explained my problem and asked if someone come to give an estimate, even though our home was a manufactured home and we were two hours away. Betsy Cochran was very helpful and scheduled Tom Musante to come for an estimate. Tom arrived as scheduled, reviewed our problem, took pictures and measurements and assisted my wife and I in selecting the shower we wanted. Tom helped us with the pricing of the Jacuzzi shower and financing. From the time of ordering the shower and scheduling the remodeling, Betsy kept us up to date on the status of the order and called to schedule the tear out and remodeling. When the shower was ready to be shipped and installed Arlo and Annie arrived as scheduled and went straight to work in tearing out the old shower. They were both were very pleasant as they tore out and cleaned up.... I was impressed on how quickly they worked and cleaned up behind themselves. They were careful to cover the floor and carpet before starting.....so we had only basic dusting left to clean. Soon after the new shower was installed, Mike Hood, from Carolina Glass arrived to take measurements for the glass shower wall and door. The glass was ordered and installed as scheduled. My wife and I are very happy with the entire process in the replacing our shower and highly recommend Carolina Home Remodeling for your home improvement needs.

My Installers ( husband and wife team) were the Best!! They worked professionally and explained when there was a change, which was remedied correctly. They worked the entire time so as to finish on time. There was no cleanup on my part, in fact, if I didn't know I had gotten a new shower, I would have never known they were there!!!!!!

Prompt efficient professional sales and installation. Tom from Sales was friendly and very helpful and answered all questions. Chris from installation was on time, very professional. He cared for our home while removing and installing materials. He did a GREAT installation and answered all questions and verified certain parts of the installation with us. He was very organized and very neat and left our home clean of any construction material and debris. We appreciate this entire project.
