Extremely EXPENSIVE!!!! A car salesman's like presentation. I felt like I was in a VPK class with the way we were spoken to. My wife and I are ADULTS not children. Stated we needed NEW plumbing....why? To bring it to code they stated. I check with our local code enforcement officer and he reiterated several times that our plumbing does not need to be "brought to code" for a simple shower insert. Kept attempting to talk us away from the cheaper product because the more expensive ones are better for your health. Also stated we had mold in our shower. So we had a neighbor who is a retired chemist come and look at this "mold". They took some samples via swab, ran a quick test, and was informed unequivocally that there was absolutely no mold present. I understand a company has to make money but when they use pressure tactics and false claims to get you to buy, you push an educated consumer away.
PS. Wanted to charge us $4,000.00 for glass shower doors for an extremely small shower insert!

Laurie Beach has made our experience as with Carolina Home Remodeling so easy. I feel so confident with our consultation, and I know the install of our showers will be top notch. She went over every possible detail you can think of, gave us the pros and cons of each type of material, style, color, and this lady knows her stuff!! Having someone who knows what they are talking about , like really knows the ons and outs of the remodel, it's takes the stress away and I feel so at ease. And I know exactly when and what will happen this company is insured, bonded, and a local family owned company. 10/10 great experience. And

We met with Cody Garney tonight- yeah, tonight. They offered appointments at 6 and 7pm which is really great for working families. He provided us with a very thorough overview of Carolina Home Remodeling, their capabilities, history and why we should do business with them. Very impressive. He then went over our options for our shower and the pros and cons of each material and was able to show us what the products looked like and explained how it’s installed and why the CHR way is better. He helped us choose the best options for us and then presented us with our 3 purchase options along with financing options so that we could choose what was best for us. Cody was great and so far we are impressed. Looking forward to the rest of the process! Will update this review after the jobs done. ✅ if it’s not updated then it’s safe to assume we were happy.

Leonard came and discussed all the options for our shower package. It was a very pleasant visit and he covered all the details. We were very pleased. Then when the product arrived Lewis came to do the demolition and install by himself. It was a very small bathroom and he did an excellent job from start to finish! After waiting 24 hours to take a shower there was very little water pressure. Lewis came back and it was just some dust and debris in the shower head. It works fine now. We are very pleased and cannot say enough of how nice and professional both Leonard and Lewis were!

We recently had a jacuzzi tub annd shower unit installed to replace my regular tub. We are beyond pleased with the results. The tub unit material is high grade and the grab bars are solid and were placed to my specifications. The jacuzzi jets are strong & the heater keeps the water nice and hot. Betsy at the office was always willing and able to answer any questions and we had great communication during the process. King paint was subcontracted to repair & paint the ceiling openings that were made during the remodel by the electricians and they did a fantastic job. I highly recommend Carolina Home for your bathroom remodel project.
