Nebula Heating and Air truly came through for us when we needed help the most. They responded quickly to our emergency calls—twice—and each time they did an amazing job repairing our HVAC system. Their technician was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient, and he made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. It’s not easy finding a company you can trust, but Nebula Heating and Air has definitely earned ours. Highly recommend their services!

I have to say these guys are the best in the field. . Back in November of 2025 I had a new a.c unit replaced for my mother, I did my home work in search of a good quality company,many companies especially mom n pop shops I support local businesses but these guys here will not disappoint. Good customer service, prompt with time. . They are experts to when it come to heating and air.Quality and Connivence I will add to this review,Alex and his team take good care of you. . Honest people. . Would I recommend them yes,to any one needing A.C work or even a new A.c unit they’re the team you want handling that for you. . I got an answer after hours on an odd day, extremely prompt and professional service. It’s a local family owned business so no hoops to jojo through. I was welcomed to watch the repair and get an understanding of what was being changed so I know what I’m looking at next time. The service call evolved to include rewiring my thermostat and I’m very happy that it did, it’s a much more reliable and straightforward system now.
They have my business into the future.

Our HVAC gave up good thing we didn’t had any guests staying over the weekend. We were overseas and we were desperate to find a company that we could trust and do this virtually at the same time at a reasonable price. We looked at a few other hvac companies but were not impressed how they presented the solution for us. Johnny from Nebula was amazing so he won the job over the big other companies. He’s trustworthy, expert and gave us a few options. He didn’t even push us to change the hvac compared to the other companies. He tried to give us option to fix our current system but we end up decided to just change the entire system because we knew we’re in good hands. Great service, outstanding price, expert and you’re in great hands! Thanks Johnny you’re the best!!!

I found Nebula through Facebook as I was searching for someone to come fix my A/C unit. The fan just kept running and wouldn't stop. Johnny the owner came at 8am to check my unit. He listened to what I had fixed already and he went in and checked everything to ensure nothing else was wrong with my unit. Once he found exactly what was wrong he gave me my options. The best option then the better option. Gave me estimate that were reasonable and affordable. I chose the best option for me and he did the job within less than 2 hours. I received an invoice through email and he takes all forms of payment which is absolutely great. I was highly satisfied with his professionalism and professional experience. I had questions which he answered honestly. I would recommend Johnny again and again.

Nebula Heating & Air is amazing. We called last minute when our AC stopped working around 6 PM, and Johnny S was still able to come out the same evening. He fixed the issue quickly, explained what maintenance we’ll need in the future, and even scheduled us for preventative maintenance. From the very first phone call, everyone was friendly, prompt, and professional. I truly wish I could give them more than five stars!
