Cheyenne represented Neighborhood Windows and Doors in the best possible way. Having already had 3 other estimates we were already aware of what we wanted. He was able to shorten the process by not showing us what we didn’t want. The estimate was not time consuming (appreciated) and the cost was acceptable. We will be proceeding with our window project with a company I can trust to do it right and stand by their work. Neighborhood Windows and Doors. A+

I had been wanting to upgrade my windows for quite some time but didn’t know where to begin. Mr Doug Rood, is a great example of customer service. After calling us ahead of his arrival, he arrived on time, listened to our description of what we wanted and gave an excellent presentation for how Neighborhood Windows and Doors, could bring it to fruition. I called Doug a number of times with changes to the plan and clarification of various concerns and each time , if he didn’t have an immediate answer, he called me back in a timely manner with the the information I was seeking.
This morning, we met Randy, who arrived precisely on time and expertly remeasured our project. He also explained the steps that would be coming in the following weeks. We greatly appreciate Randy, for asking us if we had any questions before he left.

UPDATE
Today, the installation team, Jack, Chris and Alex, arrived and by mid afternoon, five original windows were removed And five new impact windows were installed.
These gentleman were personable, highly professional Knowledgeable, caring, polite, and got the job done in workman like manner, leaving us very little cleaning when they left.
Bottom line, we immediately experienced measurable results from these beautiful windows.
My wife and I highly recommend Neighborhood Windows and Doors.
9/20/2024 Update
The team came back today to Make an adjustment on one of my windows. They didn’t stop there. They inspected all the windows that were installed to make sure everything was operating and installed properly. I can depend on Neighborhood Windows And Doors to back up their products.

Cheyenne came out and provided us with all the information we needed to make an informed decision. He was very polite. The whole process went very well. He provided good honest advice without being pushy. He answered all of our questions. I feel very comfortable moving forward with the purchase of our new windows.

The window consultant was extremely helpful. He took the time to inform us about the different types of windows and answered all questions in an understandable manner. He gave me every reason to believe neighborhood windows and doors would be the best company to use.

We met Cody when he came by to help us choose the best replacement of our 20 year old windows and sliders.
He is local in the area and that made us comfortable to begin with…..
From the time we started with our questions until it was time to sign for our changes he was friendly, available, eager to help.
We are thankful.
If you must make a CHANGE from your original contract purchase, make sure everyone follows through.
It is important that everyone is communicating on the same page so that everyone is happy.

Cody came to our house and gave us a quote in replacing all our windows and a french door. He was delightful to talk with and very understanding of our needs. I really like the fact that they have their own installers, not contracted out. Cant wait to get the new windows!

This review is for the consult only. I did choose them for the project, so the rest is to be determined throughout the remainder of the process. Cody has been amazing. He came for the consult early and listened to my particular needs and circumstances. I did not feel pressured, or rushed. He took his time to explain things and has worked with me in every way to help meet my needs at the most affordable rate with the best available product. I can reach him if necessary with questions, and he is prompt and helpful. I'm at ease with my choice so far, and look forward to getting my new impact windows installed. I will update when completed.
