My experience with their window replacement was top notch, but I have to say for a 6000$ door replacement I was under the impression it would look more finished. Still have some cleaning of the stucco around the door, need to caulk some of the gaps in the frame and either make or locate covers for the ring of fasteners around the frame.

Their team was professional, punctual, and incredibly knowledgeable. The installation was smooth and the quality is outstanding. They explained every step of the project clearly and gave me exactly what I asked for.

It has been a few years since my windows were installed, but finally making this review. The initial process was okay. It was easy to talk to the person except for him picking the window style for two windows. I am permanently disabled and have major spine and shoulder issues. Lots of surgeries including 4 shoulder surgeries. Told him due to my disabilities that I need the windows that open sideways because I can not lift them. I can not tell you how many times I expressed this. I need to be able to open my windows. We got to the kitchen window and he said we'll be putting the regular window in here. (Lifting stye). I asked why and said so it's easier to see out. Grant you he was over 6 foot and I am 5'6". So I thought he knew something I didn't and I would be able to lift it. He also did not put the window I wanted in the garage. So two of the windows will not be opening sideways. Day of install. In the five rooms that they installed in, they did not put up plastic in any of them so I had to hire a cleaner because I am disabled and can't do this. She must have spent 4 hours cleaning the rooms because of all the drywall dust. Then I went to try out the windows. I was able to open them easily until I got to the kitchen window. I couldn't open it. I told one of the workers that it doesn't work. It does work but since I am disabled I can't open it. The installer said that it would even be hard to open for an able bodied person because of the angle over the sink. I was very upset. So now I have a window I can NEVER use. Two actually because of the one in the garage as well. I'm not sure what he was talking about so I could see better out of it.
I emailed him and told him so he would know for future customers. I was hoping he would do the right thing and fix it. I had been grieving the loss of my son and had gone through several procedures so I was not ready for a fight but they should have done it. I did hire them again because the windows cost less than others and this time asked them to put up plastic which they were not going to do till I asked. I could not recommend them and neither does my neighbor that used them.

Today is the first day we can open our windows in Florida because the weather is beautiful but I can not open all of them.

He made sure I understood what I would be buying and the window installation process specific to my home type. Looking forward to completing the project with this wonderful team.

I used Neighborhood Windows & Doors to upgrade my home to PGT Hurricane Impact windows in 2 stages. In both bookings they provided a price that was better than others. They provided good communication throughout the process. The installers were polite and did a great job and didn't leave a mess. The stucco team was excellent. I'm a very happy customer and highly recommend them.

The installers were incredible, going above and beyond in removing the old windows and installing the new ones. It was as if it came naturally to them. Their professionalism shone through as they took the time to clean up, treating the owner's belongings and materials with care. These outstanding installers inspired me to invest in more windows and a sliding door for the next phase of my renovation.
