Everyone at NY State Solar was knowledgeable and friendly but Franklin was the best. He followed up, answered my questions and put my mind at ease. Two months from the first meeting to installation, fantastic! The install crew was great, the foreman Vincent walked with me around my house to discuss the placement of the panels, pan and leads. Everyone should go solar with NY State Solar.

So, What Franklin told me about this company, the installation, the tax incentive, the perks and solar in general was so good I thought he was full of it. Honestly, every word he said was totally true. We are skeptical people, You can believe him. Anastasia and Lauren in the office were quick, helpful and accommodating. So great, don't feel silly asking any questions, they know their business. Chris the electrician was awesome, smart and extremely fair. ( I needed another project, and they were the best guys for the job). The install was postponed 2 times because if weather, and when it was done, it was like they weren't even here- except the low profile panels and inverter were! The panels are practically unnoticeable on the house! Love the app! I love "saving trees". Franklin is a great guy, he went out of his way, was extremely generous and reliable. This year I went solar ,bought my hybrid car and got a soda stream ! Total hippie! Finally. Thank you Franklin and team - you are very appreciated! Go Green! Really 5 stars!

Franklin was my initial point of contact and he made this process really easy and understandable. Working with him was great and we now have the panels installed and are excited to be finally "going green"
From Franklin to the even the staff calling to confirm installation and have me sign paperwork thru the installation team, everyone was great, professional and friendly.

Jim Ford did a fantastic job answering all our questions and was extremely knowledgeable of both the technology and financial details of the solar panels. Everyone we dealt with from the company did a very good job. Our Foreman and the workers who did the installation were great as well

Working with NY STATE SOLAR WAS awesome, my contact was Zachary Wright who walked me through the whole process, everything was explained clearly and precisely all my questions were asked. I live in the town of Babylon the permit process with the town took some time but through that process Zach contracted me an kept me updated. The installations was quick and as of today I'm enjoying the benefits of solar energy

I can honestly say that this is a great company to work with! Very professional and reliable! My sales person Milan was pleasure to deal with. No surprises everything that I was told would happen during the process from obtaining financing to installation was exactly what I was told up front. I had the pleasure of dealing with not only Milan but several office workers, installers and the president of the company. All true professionals. Its refreshing to work with people who really understand and practice good customer service!

Great experience and the company comes through with their commitments. John Sellers, our Program Manager, was attentive and provided top quality customer service, always willing to go the extra step if needed. The app that tracks your progress is easy to use and follow. Recently I had issues with my router and the company had someone call me within an hour to help fix the issue that was my doing. The system pays for itself and then some. Looking forward to no electric at all down the road. Thank you John.

My family and I recently reached out to NY State Solar to learn more about the program. After speaking to Jonathan L, we knew we had made the right decision. Jonathan took the time to explain the entire process. He was extremely patient and answered all our questions. He took the time to hear our concerns and came ready with answers and solutions. We felt comfortable moving forward with the process and decided to sign up. Jonathan was there for us every step of the way. He called with updates and kept us well informed.
