3 TIMES!!!

We had a shower installed by this clown outfit. First time they didn't install the drain properly and we had a sewer smell coming back. 2nd time they came out and had to pull it all apart to repair the drain. Fast forward to the most recent problem, the shower pan actually cracked! What??? Yes the pan cracked! Had to replace the entire shower again! Let's hope this is the last time!! At least the warranty is good and I have to say the installers are very nice and apologetic for the crap product.

Customer service is excellent, install from 2021 needed adjustment and was able to set everything up and fixed in no time!!

Paul & Paulie did a great job fixing the room thresholds. Removed problem pieces and custom fit red oak. I am very pleased with the work done. Great Father & Son Team.

NEWPRO.
I've been a customer now for a few years. I did
a house in Cape Cod and one here in my primary
residence in Boston after having looked at
all of the major
Carriers of Windows and installers and
through recommendations I decided to give NEWPRO
a chance.
Not only were they competitive from a pricing standpoint,
but what really impressed me was how
professional the staff was
in both the installation, but also the cleanup.
A lot of people overlooked the clean up aspect
of it. Every day when they left, the
place was completely spotless when they finished, the
attention to detail, the caulking.
The preservation of the paint to ensure that they
didn't cause any damage, and I have a historic
home, so bringing the home back to
sort of the historical look was key
for me.
Further, the service that was provided
afterwards, both Cape Cod and here in Boston,
I had required some service. I broke
a pin, a mounting pin in the track
that came out immediately within 45 minutes
to make sure that it was replaced on site, no
charge. And down in Cape Cod, I had
a couple of windows that needed some service and the team
came right on time, super professional,
trusted him with my house, with everything
inside,
and they did a fantastic job. And since then,
I've had compliments on these windows. I have
referred many, many friends and colleagues
who have done restoration work and replacement
windows.
Uh, and it's been nothing but a pleasure. The team is
professional, the staff is timely,
and overall, the satisfaction is extraordinarily
high. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Hi, I picked NEWPRO. I had 3 different
people come in to give quotes,
and they were the better of the 3 quotes that I had.
They were very efficient and showed me
the product that they carried
and helped me pick and select the right for
me. They came
in and did the measurements of the window.
They were very conscious of what they
were doing and explained every step of
the way. The two gentlemen
that came to put the window in
were arrived at as they gave me
a time frame. They arrived at the
beginning of that time frame, and they got it
done within the time of what they said
they would be doing.
