Newpro guy Kevin Swindell did my new walk in shower, and he was terrific! He was friendly, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing, and I knew immediately I was in good hands. He coordinated the other workmen necessary, got the inspectors in, and worked tirelessly to get my beautiful new shower installed ON TIME! It was an easy process (for me) and he did an amazing job -- and wow -- my walk-in shower looks fantastic! Shout out also, to Liam, who worked with me in the beginning on the design, giving me all the choices I wanted. All in all, it was a great experience, and I will definitely recommend Newpro to all of my friends!

The service technician called ahead and arrived on time. A couple of screens needed replacing because of tears from my cat and he replaced them with pet friendly material that he had in his van! He was friendly, polite, and was done in very little time.

Our installation professional was Darrell Interbartolo. He was very considerate of our home. He was very pleasant and polite. He made sure all traffic areas were covered with cloth. He vacuumed stairs after removing old material. The house was left clean. He was very attentive to our possible additional future upgrades and made the appropriate installation accordingly . My wife can't wait to use our new shower.

It is with regret that I post this review regarding NEWPRO.
BACKGROUND: My late parents owned a home that was built in 1876 and has been in the family since being built. The home is a Victorian Second Empire, three floor, 23 room, 9 bedroom structure.
As one can imagine, the wooden/glass windows were constructed in the day with lead weights to counter balance the weight of the window. Unfortunately, heating a home of this size is not economical with “antique” windows due to cold air penetration.
Circa 1984, my father considered replacing the 39 windows with “energy friendly “ thermo glass type replacement windows. Since I was not part of the selection process at the time, I learned that my parents had contracted Newpro to remove and replace the windows in the entire living areas of the home (basement not included). This job exceeded $35,000 for materials and installation.
It was my understanding that the windows were supported with a “lifetime warranty”.
Since that time many of the windows have failed. Most of the widows exhibited the vertical dividing bar, sandwiched between the thermo glass, tilting from vertical to a 30 degree angle which creates an “odd” appearance..haunted house look.
Three separate window failures (6 windows)were replaced the defective windows with new custom fit remanufactured ones. Techs were scheduled to measure and inspect the defects and returned at a later date to install the offsite replacements. All work was covered by the lifetime warranty.
In June 2025, a call was initiated by me when two more windows failed. One exhibited the familiar “tilting divider” syndrome. The other exhibited condensation between the plates of glass which made the window look cloudy and unsightly.
After the tech measured these defective windows, he said that the customer service department would contact me.
PRESENT: Upon receiving a call from Newpro, it appears that the lifetime warranty was only 12 years????
A price was quoted to replace the defective units.
Lengthy discussions have taken place requesting original warranties. The response was that paperwork was probably consumed in a fire. In addition I requested to speak to a supervisor which has never occurred..sounds like the “my way or the highway” attitude. Furthermore, I left a voicemail for the CEO of Newpro with no response.
I understand that Newpro is a generational business. Generally, this would be viewed as a positive yet the the new CEO obviously does not share the business acumen of the “elders/founders”. Very unfortunate!
In fact, researching business filing, many management/organizational responsibilities are handled by investors.
THEREFORE:
If you are in the market for replacement services, strongly consider another vendor
If you expect return phone calls from Newpro, based on my experience, DON’T!!!
If your buying decision is based on the product warranty, make sure your legal counsel advises you to understand if it truly a “lifetime” guarantee.
