John of Next Level came by today to measure my father for a new wheelchair. John was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He explained every step and made sure we knew what each choice was. We are very happy with Next Level and their staff.

Next Level has always been a big part of my family’s lives. John especially has come to my home several times to service our equipment. You name it and John can help you. He has an expertise which is paired with compassion and professionalism. The patience, kindness and respect for others is not only a trait found in John but in the Next Level group of employees I have dealt with for many years. The name says it all, they take it to the Next Level while you deal with the hardships of the next chapter/level of your medical needs of accessibility.

Mike K. and Adam came today to install some safety bars for my elderly parents. My dad had balance issue and fell. Both Mike and Adam came immediately to his assistance.
They are very kind and I can not thank them enough.
Their workmen ship is outstanding. They checked the levels of the bars to make sure my parents would be comfortable with the height of each bar. They are also so very clean.

Anthoney, Amechi and Branden installed an outdoor lift quickly and efficiently. We were very pleased working with this company and their dedication to good customer service.

Mike and Rob were amazing. They were on time and quick with the set up. They explained everything in detail regarding the bed that was set up. They even took apart the old bed, which I appreciated. Over all this was an amazing experience, I would recommend them any time.
