I had my windows replaced less than 2 years ago and am ready to replace them. They were not installed very well. Within 2 years, water began to seep into the house from the outside. I requested a home warranty service but they have not started repairs in over 2 months. My home is on a busy road and the windows make the same noise when the windows is open or close. I am very disappointed with their product and service. I have already found other products to replace their windows. There are many shortcomings, especially in terms of installation.

This is our third time using Castle windows. Needless to say we are very pleased both with the company and the salesman. Each time I have also had quotes from other companies. I like the fact that they are the manufacturer and installer so they accept full responsibility and warranty their work. They are also very responsive to questions and any repair if needed. The salesman Noam was also very pleasant. He was very professional and we didn’t feel pressured. He took his time and explained everything clearly. I would highly recommend Castle Windows.

I was pleased with the install of the windows as well as the installers. I needed to replace over sized windows. However, I do feel that the pricing was high. I would recommend Castle Windows for replacements, but I will research further when I am ready to replace my doors. I live in a mobile home and it seems the sizing of windows and doors seem to be a problem when replacing. Hence, the cost to replace is high. I would recommend Castle because of the install and the installers. Very pleasant and explained what had to be done before the windows were installed.

Six years ago I had castle windows enclosed my deck with custom size windows. We were so happy with castle windows and their price we called them again. Roberto from castle windows came by and gave a great price for a bay window. Roberto was such a pleasure to deal with. He was very respectful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend castle windows.

Have a new window installed back in March. Start leaking water. Castle came and inspected. Said it could come from the window above which it never leaked down to the old window which was replaced before have a new window installed. Caulked the above window and the new window still leak. Called and discussed about the issue. Represent told me it may not be their responsibility to fix it. Will come to inspect again. If you are looking for a new window installation, think twice about this company. Will update the review after their second inspection.
Update: the supervisor came to my house and said it was not from the window above. He tried to fix the leaking but it failed. Called the second time, the same supervisor came and fixed it. It seems good to go this time. But I need to test it. I changed my review because of this supervisor. He knows what to do and how to get it done. After I test it, I will update my review.
Update: the supervisor came back another time after I report leaking again. He came over and took care of it. It is fixed now. The supervisor is nice and knowledgeable. He knew what to do and how to get it fixed. Hopefully, I will get someone who is knowledgeable to install the windows that will not cause leak.
