Just purchased a home and needed to have the A/C serviced and maintained. Very pleased with the service and explanations to help extend the longevity of the unit. Derek was very thorough and details and look forward to being a Non-Stop client moving forward.

Theres a reason these guys are 5 star. Tech Israel Urena came over and was top notch when it came down to customer service and knowledge of air conditioning. They are not trying to upsell you on things not needed. I highly recommend these guys. I called on a Saturday and they were at my home within the hour. They were even able to work on Sundays just so you wont be without ac. Their customer service is unmatched. Companies like this dont exist anymore. They are here to help . 10 stars !!!!!!

Great service. Very fast response. I had a technician arrive within 1 hour from my phone call. The issue with my A/C unit was solved within 20 minutes and the unit was up and running. Derek was very professional, explained what was repaired and made sure all readings for the A/C unit were within spec. I have become a new customer for Non- Stop.

Israel was our tech from Non-Stop Air Conditioning. He was fantastic. Let me know when he was on his way, showed up on time and was very patient with my questions since this was the first time there was maintenance for the air-conditioning in our new home. My technician was knowledgeable and eager to help educate me regarding my system and the operation Of my air conditioning system. He explained it very well in Laymans terms, and showed me how the system works together. I really appreciate the fact that they did not try to sell me anything else. They’re only interest was to make sure that my system was running at optimum so that I would not run into any major repairs in the near future.. I appreciate them and their integrity and they’re honest and their professionalism. This company is awesome. I highly recommend them. And I don’t usually do this, but I give them an AA plus plus plus recommendation..

Fantastic service and professionalism from start to finish! Got an appointment right away for our AC inspection for an under warranty situation with a new build condo. Israel Urena was our tech and he was great! Explained everything every step of the way, took numerous photos, offered to talk with our builder’s vendor liaison to explain exactly what tests need to be done. He pointed out all the places the builders installation was flawed and what needs to be addressed. This means the builder is responsible for fixing the problem as it’s still in under warranty. Even when our warranty is expired, we will definitely be using Non Stop AND requesting Israel as our tech. Thank you for great service!

I feel very confident in the equipment and services provided by Non-Stop Air. From the office staff, to the sales and service departments, to the on-site technicians (especially Israel who went above and beyond), everyone has always been courteous, efficient, knowledgeable and professional. Even after-hours phone calls are promptly returned and problems patiently resolved. Our service contract is very comprehensive with semi-annual maintenance, and affordable with monthly payments. Gives us great peace of mind especially in the summer.

AC stopped working on a Sunday afternoon. Derek arrived on time, walked me through photographs outlining the issues I was having and the game plan to solve them. He then showed me the before and after photos once we completed the work. Very professional. Job well done. Recommended
