We recently had Nu-Face Home Improvement remodel our master bathroom. Our salesperson, Peter, patiently walked us through our remodel options for converting our bathtub to a stand-up shower. Visiting their showroom in Berlin helped us visualize what was available and was instrumental in our decision-making process. In addition to converting our bathtub to an easy-access shower with a folding seat, they installed our new double-sink vanity with new faucets, mirrors above the vanity, a new light, and painted the walls and ceiling. They did an outstanding job thanks to Alfredo, our primary installer, and his assistant Daniel. Our new shower and Moen plumbing fixtures look nice and work beautifully. We originally had a one-sink vanity and they did a great job adding new plumbing lines to accommodate our new double-sink vanity. They were meticulous in getting everything installed properly in only a few days. Nu-Face staff provided good communication from estimating the project, to confirming product ordering, delivery, and scheduling, to prompt and professional installation. We are very pleased with the final result. If you are looking to remodel or upgrade your bathroom, consider Nu-Face Home Improvement and their lifetime warranty.
From the moment we walked into your showroom we were greeted instantly by a lovely lady. She took the time to show us all the displays of the walk in showers, options for the walls, facets and seats.. explained everything so clearly. We set up a meeting and Chris their salesman came to our home. Great guy and he again went over our options and helped us build our new walk-in shower!!! After we made our choices and discussed pricing, we proceeded with the new shower!!!! We are so happy with our new shower and the installation was fantastic, crew was respectful of our home and left it immaculate when they finished the job. Even wash the floor behind them as they left! We have dealt with one particular contractors who sub everything out didn’t leave a good impression, even ordered the wrong color siding and said if I kept he would discount the price otherwise it would probably be another 6 months to finish and we were heading in winter. I wish we found Nu-Face when we sided our house 2 years ago!!! They assured us nothing like that would happen and they kept their word!!! So here is a BIG shoutout to the Nu-Face team thank you for everything!!!!

Had all my exterior windows and siding removed and replaced. Communication was excellent start to finish. Well trained and courteous and efficient work crews did a great job. My house was transformed and looks like a new home.
