It was a pleasure to work with Nu-Face from beginning to end of my bathroom remodel project! I was looking to replace my tub with a walk-in shower, install new flooring, and update my bathroom vanity. Peter was an exceptionally knowledgeable salesman who came prepared with information and answers to our questions. He listened carefully to what I envisioned and used his technology to help design the space right in front of me. He walked me through various options, offered thoughtful recommendations, and even provided the flexibility to supply my own flooring materials and vanity. Throughout the process, Peter kept me informed about scheduling and next steps, which I truly appreciated.

When it came time for installation, Alfredo and Raul exceeded my expectations. They were incredibly professional, timely, and meticulous in their work. Their craftsmanship on the bathtub-to-shower conversion was outstanding, and they maintained a clean and organized workspace from start to finish. Alfredo helped me make decisions on vanity, shelving, and grab-bar placements where I felt confident listening to his advice. There was an issue with one of the acrylic walls arriving scratched, and Alfredo let me know that he was going to wait and replace it to make sure I was getting the best product possible. They treated my home with care and ensured everything was completed with precision and attention to detail.

We started working with Anthony in March of 2025 when we started looking at remodeling companies. Nu-Face had done many of our neighbors’ homes from windows to siding to bathroom remodel. All gave them a great review. And after getting a few interviews and quotes from other companies, we knew we trusted Anthony and Nu-Face.
We had new build windows (instead of replacement) installed in our whole house (26 in total) since we were also having the new vinyl siding installed.
Anthony was very patient and understanding through our meetings and explaining the varied materials and not pressuring us in any way to make decisions. Picking siding color is not an easy process. We knew we wanted grey, but there are lots of greys, all with their own unique undertones.
We knew the look we wanted for our home and NU-Face gave us that.
Starting with Ted and his crew who did the house and window measurements, it was great.
And Alyssa in the office was always there to answer questions and set up schedules. She was fantastic, definitely 5 stars.
Then came the day of the installation of siding and windows. First, we met Reggie and his crew of the 5 hottest days in July. These guys worked in 95 plus degree weather from 8 in the morning to often 6 or 7 at night, only taking a break for lunch. They finished the siding in 6 days. And Reggie had clever ideas to make our home stand out even more from the neighbors. Reggie and his crew were polite and very considerate of our home and property.
Do not get me wrong, there were mistakes made due to miscommunications by Nu-Face to the crew that needed to be corrected, and some damage done, but Anthony made sure everything was corrected, fixed and done to our satisfaction. It is up to the customer to watch over the project and make sure you are getting what you asked for.
And then there was Dave and his 2-man crew who installed all 26 windows in 5 hours, and they were beautiful. Dave had to come back to adjust some windows and set up replacements that came from the factory with scratches. Definitely did a wonderful install and follow up.
When the project was complete, there was a punch list of things that needed to be taken care of. Anthony came down, saw what things needed to be addressed and set up the for the replacement parts and crews that had to do the work.
During the installation, we got to meet Jen, who was our project coordinator and go to person with all our questions, she is a 5-star rock star.
And finally, we got to meet Scott, who did the last of the punch list maintenance work. He was so pleasant and relaxed with us during his time here. Never rushed and said he was here to make sure everything was done to our expectations and that we were happy. He was training Shane while here and Shane was happy and eager to learn. Scott is a true professional and asset to Nu-Face

From consultation to completion, Nu Face made the entire process easy and enjoyable (siding, gutters, storm door). Joe really brought our vision to life with creative ideas and a clear understanding of what we were hoping for. The office team was wonderfully responsive, and every installer we met was talented and kind. NuFace did a new bathroom for us. The final result is stunning! Peter the salesman was really great and helpful. Alyssa who managed our project stayed in touch with us constantly. They were very open with scheduling too. There were a few minor hiccups along the way but nothing too bad, and we are so excited to have a great-looking new bathroom. I am including pictures of before and after for reference.

Our house was a handyman special, but we're lucky to be Milennial homeowners. Nothing in our home is flush, a perfect right angle, smooth, finished properly, or done right. We've had a lot of work done on the home - DIY, handy men, etc. But we have been waiting 10 years to renovate our bathrooms. It's a difficult, expensive job & either other items have been more urgent (like when a limb fell on our roof & exposed a bunch of issues, we got the entire roof replaced). But finally, mold started developing, and we knew that with starting a family, we really needed a functional bathroom. We called a few places & selected NuFace. We worked with Alyssa, Anthony & Scott to make sure everything was good (and I forget the names of the two gentlemen who came in to do much of the work, but they were great too!). It took a long time to finish the project because of parts and issues with our home (like the doorway to our half bath not being square or a standard size, or even LEVEL). But as of today, everything is finished, and we've been able to use the bathrooms during much of this time. I feel like I'm in a hotel every time I shower, wash my face, or take my meds. After today we will put up some cute shelves & finishing touches. I can't wait!

We just had our house sided by Nu-Face Home Improvements and we have nothing but WONDERFUL things to say about how beautiful it came out! We have received multiple compliments not only about how beautiful it looks but also about how polite and professional the workers were. We had Nu-Face replace the windows and siding on our house. The windows were replaced first and the guys doing it were awesome to have and to deal with! Windows came out great! Jenn the project manager we dealt with was simply fantastic! Couldn’t have been a better person to deal with! We had Nu-Face do our roof, windows, door and siding and it is like we have a brand new house. Everything was explained to us in detail before they started and they were very transparent with the cost of everything. They came out multiple times to meet with us and measure everything. Any issues were dealt with in a very friendly manner and fixed asap. It was amazing how fast everything came together. The roof took 1 day, the windows and door 1 day, siding 2 days and gutters a few hours. Highly recommend and will definitely use them in the future.

We recently upgraded our main bathroom with tub and shower surround. We love our new bathroom. Turned out better than we could have imagined. It takes a village to create something so beautiful. Starting with Alyssa coordinating sales appointments and overseeing the entire project. She was always available for questions or concerns. Very pleasant and easy to work with. Sam the salesman was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products. Lastly Mr. Alfredo and staff who did the actual installation. Only took one day. Very professional and hard workers. They consulted me on the placement of the shower rod and safely bar. They kept their work space tidy and clean throughout the project and cleanup. I even had a neighbor comment on how they cleaned up our front lawn afterwards. Nu Face was recommended to me from a friend. Nu-Face Home Improvements were exceptional from start to finish. They tackled installing a new tub 🛀 with grace considering the obstacles they encountered. In our log home, not a single wall is square. Mike communicated each challenge with me, offered options, and wanted for me to make the final decisions.
When installing the enormous, front window, the installers once again made the transformation happen with ease. The heavy, old wooden window that I could no longer see out of because of the cloudy glass is now shiny and clear.
