I was transparent about the number of solar providers I was speaking with and the quotes I was receiving, and most were pushing leasing options. Jeff took the time to understand what was most important to me, explained the differences clearly, and helped me make an informed decision based on my long-term goals rather than just selling a product.

He communicated next steps clearly, stayed in touch as we moved forward, and even stopped by on install day to do a walkthrough and highlight the most important information. Overall, a smooth experience and great customer service from start to finish.

I have to say from beginning to end, Tyler was with us every step of the way. He answered every crazy question that I had and made the entire process seamless! I cannot thank him and Harvest Solar enough for getting this project through the finish line!

We had a great experience with Harvest Power and Tyler Cirincione in particular. He was extremely easy to work with and very responsive to all questions that we had. He made the whole process very simple and kept us updated as our permits went through. The install team did a great job and now we are just waiting for the last inspection to turn the system on. First we had the complete roof re-shingled with 50 plus year shingles. We did it in black onyx to blend with the black solar panels.
The roofing installers were great and did the entire job in one long day!
A couple of days later the solar panels / system were installed in two days. 51 panels ! They energized the system a couple of days ago. It’s nice to see the meter going backwards during the day! Once again Mark Lieberman explained everything and made the whole process seamless.

Had a great experience from Mark Rossini coming over and talking me thru the process, to the office who got the permits in less than 2 week, then the install crew had it done in a day, a seamless experience. Everyone was knowledgeable and professional, very happy with my choice.

Let me tell you Harvest Power LLC was nothing but a pleasure to deal with. Not only was I looking into solar but my house desperately needed a new roof. Mark Rossini came over to my house and not only was he knowledgeable, he was able to answer all of my questions. Harvest Power uses their own in company roofer so not only did the roof come out perfect, they also flashed my chimney and added a bathroom exhaust vent. The inspector who came over to go into the attic was as professional as they come. Not only that the roofing team and install team were so clean. Both jobs took one day and they left nothing behind. My wife and I are extremely impressed and satisfied with this company and it all started with Mark! We look forward to continuing our relationship with Mark Rossini at Harvest Power in the future because we know we are in good hands.

I rarely complete reviews, but Mark Rossini Made the whole process go smoothly. From the pictures he sent of how the finish job would look to explaining the whole job to me. He was accurate on when the job would start and how long it would take. He responded to all the emails I got from the city that needed a response. He had a roofer, and he did an excellent job from protecting the property to leaving it clean.
The roof was done in one day the gutters in 4 hours and the solar panels in one day. There was a little wait for the New York City to come and expect the work before turning it on. I'm sure that would be different for different locations. I have lived in my house for 39 years and have done most of the work in the past. My work was good but when I hire someone, I expect better because they have better knowledge and equipment. Mark Rossini and Harvest Power did not disappoint.
