Let me tell you Harvest Power LLC was nothing but a pleasure to deal with. Not only was I looking into solar but my house desperately needed a new roof. Mark Rossini came over to my house and not only was he knowledgeable, he was able to answer all of my questions. Harvest Power uses their own in company roofer so not only did the roof come out perfect, they also flashed my chimney and added a bathroom exhaust vent. The inspector who came over to go into the attic was as professional as they come. Not only that the roofing team and install team were so clean. Both jobs took one day and they left nothing behind. My wife and I are extremely impressed and satisfied with this company and it all started with Mark! We look forward to continuing our relationship with Mark Rossini at Harvest Power in the future because we know we are in good hands.

I rarely complete reviews, but Mark Rossini Made the whole process go smoothly. From the pictures he sent of how the finish job would look to explaining the whole job to me. He was accurate on when the job would start and how long it would take. He responded to all the emails I got from the city that needed a response. He had a roofer, and he did an excellent job from protecting the property to leaving it clean.
The roof was done in one day the gutters in 4 hours and the solar panels in one day. There was a little wait for the New York City to come and expect the work before turning it on. I'm sure that would be different for different locations. I have lived in my house for 39 years and have done most of the work in the past. My work was good but when I hire someone, I expect better because they have better knowledge and equipment. Mark Rossini and Harvest Power did not disappoint.

After doing all my research I finally made the decision to go Solar. Now came the hard part choosing the right company. After speaking with 15, yes 15 companies I narrowed it down to 2, Harvest and *****. I setup another meeting with Anthony from Harvest and ***,. This time my wife sat in as it was more about getting a better feel for the company as both were very similar in cost, service and equipment. Anthony's professionalism, knowledge and most importantly Honesty seal the deal for us. After signing Anthony was always available to answer any questions and he would update us on throughout the permitting process. He even showed up on the day they were installing the system.The install crew was punctual, professional, respectful and most importantly knowledgeable. Once the install was completed it looked flawless compared to my neighbors and as a HVAC technician, I know quality workmanship and I got that.So I honestly think we made the right decision to choose Harvest Power LLC. Again Thanks to Anthony for all the help. We're still waiting for the system to be turned on, so I can't say anything about that yet.....To Be Continue

This has been the most seamless project for us! I shared the before and after photos. Jeff is very knowledgeable / informative and extremely responsive through the whole process. The teams that came to my home to replace the roof and to install the solar were respectful and left my yard as they found it. I would give 10 stars if I could. I began my journey with Harvest Power in the summer of 2024, and the entire process was efficiently completed with my solar system going live by September. I deliberately waited to write this review, wanting to ensure that the results were as promising as they initially seemed—and they absolutely are!

Not only did I install solar panels with Harvest Power, but I also got a new roof. I was particularly anxious during tax season, wondering if the calculated return they estimated would hold true. To my delight, it did!

Experience with Harvest Power:

I conducted thorough research, speaking with multiple companies and gathering numerous quotes for both solar panels and roofing. What really set Harvest Power apart was the genuine professionalism and dedication of the team members I worked with—Mark C. and his manager, Frank M. They were diligent, incredibly kind, and took the time to thoroughly educate me on the benefits of solar energy. Every question I had about the panels and the roof was addressed with patience and clarity.

A standout moment was when Mark candidly informed me about an unethical practice in a competitor's quote, which was essentially fraudulent. His honesty and transparency reinforced my confidence in choosing Harvest Power. Additionally, whenever Mark wasn’t available, Frank seamlessly stepped in to address my concerns, ensuring I felt supported throughout the process.

Performance and Results:

Since the system went live in the fall, I've witnessed a dramatic reduction in my energy costs, just as promised. The tax savings were also spot-on. Based on my experience, I can recommend Harvest Power without hesitation.

Room for Improvement:

If I had to point out one area for improvement, it would be their mobile app. It requires an additional add-on to display real-time energy usage. To be fair, Mark wasn’t aware of this due to a recent software update, but it would have been helpful to know upfront.

Thanks to Mark Rossini my transition to going solar went pretty smoothly. Although it is a big project Mark was there from design through installation. He answered all my questions and was on top of things. Now I’m enjoying the panels producing the energy. Thanks Mark for all your help!

I delt with Mark Centoro from harvest power. I thought it was going to be a lot more involved and complicated to get solar but it was very easy. He was very patient and knowledgeable about solar and the equipment. The crew was very nice and they were in and out within a day. Everything from the financing to the installation was very smooth. I highly recommend Mark Centoro if you want a nice salesman that isn’t pushy or doesn’t play any games.

Using Harvest Power for our solar installation was nothing but seamless and stress free thanks to Mark Rossini and his team. From the initial consultation to final paperwork, everything was explained well from the beginning. All my questions were answered within a timely fashion.
