I just had all my windows and doors replaced by Pace and they did an amazing job! Patrick, James and Nick are very professional and passionate in the work they do. If you want the job done right, this is the company and team to do it right! They are committed to making sure that you are completely satisfied with their product and workmanship! We put a pace window in our attic years 25+ years ago. It was not installed by pace.
2 weeks ago cleaning the attic I learn the inside of the glass double pain window is broke. I have called pace 3 times and emailed them three times. The lady I spoke to first gave an incomplete email address, even though I read it back to her, she never gave the complete address. I called again and received the full/correct address. I emailed again. Why you can't be transfered to repairs is beyond me...but you have to email them? I received a response 2 days later. I called and spoke to Louis and he said he would sent an estimate in an hour. Estimate was never received. After Thanksgiving I emailed again for an estimate and have not heard anything from him. Today I called and again spoke to Ashley again and she said, I quote " take your number in case Louis wants to call you back." I have made 3 appointments for someone to give me estimates for window repair. We planned on putting a new front door in 2026. I explained that to pace windows. That we had an estimate from Rochester Colonial windows and doors. That I like to get a price from another company. It didn't make a difference that I may be given ng them more business. We won't be back to pace windows. They were not even covering the window repair cost as the window was not installed by them. I was paying out of pocket for the repair that was probably around 400.00. Their loss.
Updated 12/11/2025 we choose to work with Glass Doctor of Finger Lakes. They willing accepted my phone call, set up an appointment, came over, took out the window measured the glass and ordered the new glass insert. Just like that. When the glass comes in, they will schedule another appointment to come and install the window. They have been a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to repair a window. Polite, answered call, no emails, voice mails, straight business with correct information and no run around. Price was fair and on par with three other window estimates. If I recall Pace wanted to charge us a verbal estimated minimum of 350 plus tax with out having the exact glass measurement. Only the measurement of the window frame size we supplied.
Very happy using the Glass Doctor. Would use them in the future.

Pace did an amazing job with our doors and windows! We did every window and door in our home. The team was respectful of our home, arrived on time, and was professional at all times. They were efficient, yet clearly cared about attention to detail and quality of the work. I am highly impressed, and I recommend them for your windows and doors!

James and Dan from Pace were always on time and professional. They worked hard but didn’t rush the installation of our windows and doors. We are very happy with the quality of the windows, the warranty and service.

My first experience using Pace. I always prefer using local business and Pace did not disappoint. I had some doors replaced and Pace did a fantastic job from beginning to end. The doors and installation are top notch. Every person I spoke to in the company was friendly and knowledgeable and gave me prompt service. Special shout out to Andy our installer. Great person and technician!! 5 stars all the way around. Highly recommend using Pace.

We’ve decided to move forward with Pace after meeting with Larry Harris. Larry put together an attractive package price with high quality replacement windows and doors, was very transparent on pricing and benefits, and never tried to upsell us. Will post another review after the installation is complete.

I have used Pace windows since 2006. Each time the window quality gets better and the installation teams have all been great. This last team was great with answering all my questions. (I always have a lot!) I had an independent glass consultant analyze my windows and was told that they are the best you can get residential. Very pleased to hear that!
