The salesman was proud of the product and did a great deal of marketing and demonstration. The costs are significant but the product quality and efficient installation are the main reason for my 5 star rating. Any concerns are immediately addressed and the people with whom I interacted are top notch professionals with great interpersonal skills. I have four windows in a room that was chillier than the rest of the house, but is not at all now. I have a large window on order and anticipate the same quality product and installation and most importantly, increased efficiency and decreased heating and cooling costs!

So very happy with this company. They have worked so well with us as we replace our windows a few at a time. They have great customer service and friendly and helpful sales personnel. They truly care about their products and stand behind each sale.

I got new windows installed and I love them! They seem soundproof and I can definitely tell the difference in how much the heat retained in the first level versus the upstairs. And the windows are slightly tinted! I love my slider windows!!

The windows are as good as they were advertised. The three installers were great. Very professional, kept us informed of what was going on. Cleaned up at the end of each day, and left the inside clean as well. Bery pleased with both the windows and installers

They did a great job putting in some very excellent windows. When a window sill Became gouged in the work, they came out and fixed the window cell and repainted it. It looks great. The workmen were all very nice and did a good cleanup job afterward. We appreciated that there was follow up from improve it to make sure that things were done correctly.

Everyone was professional and knowledgeable about the product and the future needs of my home. The new windows make a great difference in the look and feel of the rooms. Installation was quick and clean. The warranty is a welcomed benefit. I will definitely be using Improveit for my many upcoming remodeling projects.

Wonderful company. Amazing customer service. Worked with Grant for our bathroom remodel. Then we worked with Josh for our sliding door. I have only high praise for everyone we've worked with. Thank you ImproveIt. I will definitely keep you guys in mind if anyone ever has a remodel that needs accomplished. A great option if you need someone to talk you through everything.
