From their salesman Tyler to the installers Zac and Alex, the purchase and installation of our new Trane unit was flawless. Logan is a family business, not some store front name that is actually owned behind the scenes by some huge conglomerate gobbling up all the little guys, and so integrity and service are important to them because their own family name and how people react to that name when they hear it are what is at stake. Great job Tyler, Zac, and Alex. Great job Logan Services. I very sincerely would recommend that at the very least you provide this company an opportunity to show you why they are so highly thought of in what all they do. I just don't believe you will regret it.

I discovered Logan AC & Heat Services while browsing Facebook last weekend. Our furnace had stopped working two weeks prior, and my husband had attempted to fix it, but unfortunately, his efforts were unsuccessful, and we were left without heat despite his best efforts and the installation of new parts. So I visited their website and learned about their free furnace inspection offer, which prompted me to take action, especially with the looming cold temperatures and snowfall. I scheduled an appointment for Monday morning at 9:00 am. Our service inspector and sales representative, Micah, arrived on time, with a smile, and a determination to resolve our heating issue. I shared with him that our furnace had been malfunctioning for over two years and was well over 25 years old. He took the time to explain the potential causes and the necessary steps to restore our heat, as well as addressing the tripping hazard posed by our sump pump installation. I was extremely stressed, but he reassured me that he would provide us with several options and follow up with a phone call later that day. True to his word, he called within the hour, and even offered information on financial assistance options. Although we were unable to secure financial assistance due to personal reasons, Micah and the owner refused to give up on us, working tirelessly to find a solution that would allow us to have heat by the weekend. By Thursday morning, they had come up with a reasonable price that we could afford, and scheduled the installation for the following morning, Friday, December 12th, at 9:00 am. On Friday, I was warmly greeted by Tyler and Noah, who were absolutely amazing. They were respectful, friendly, and knowledgeable about the work that needed to be done. They were understanding and accommodating of our three cats and three dogs, who kept them company downstairs. I even overheard them singing Christmas songs, which brightened my day. Before completing the job, Tyler took the time to explain everything to me, ensuring that I understood how to maintain our new system and operate the thermostat. They also provided us with a carbon monoxide detector for upstairs, as we already had one in the basement. I am overwhelmed with gratitude for this incredible company and everyone who helped my family have heat this weekend, just in time for the -1° temperatures. I will be sharing my exceptional experience with all my family, friends, and acquaintances, singing the praises of this amazing company from now on. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. 12/9/25 I had a Trane 100,000 BTU furnace and a 3 ton AC unit installed by Tyler and Noah. They were punctual, courteous and knowledgeable. Upon arrival (they were wearing booties) they appraised the job and reiterated what agent Micah had told me would be done. The new thermostat footprint was smaller than the previous one so to cover the unpainted area they installed a cover plate, which looks great.. Upon completion of the job, the workings of the furnace and thermostat were explained. Cleanup was thorough. When they left, I had toasty warm heat. I would give them a 10 star review. I would highly recommend working with Logan AC and heating services. You can tell they value the customer.

Matt Clavey , Jason Meyer are the first two I had the pleasure of speaking with. The pair made everything clear. Matt Clavey is a heck of a salesman keep that guy around. Everything was understood. Then the day of the install . I had the complete HVAC system done. Dave and Donald forgive me if I got the names wrong. Both did a excellent job communicating what was going to be done step by step. It was raining pretty good outside. I had a great experience all around. Logans Services is a great company with a team of knowledgeable and very friendly people. Would definitely use them again. We recently had Logan Services install a new dual fuel heat pump, and we couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience from start to finish.

Our sales representative Tyler was outstanding. He took the time to thoroughly educate us on all the available options for our new HVAC system, ensuring we understood the differences and benefits of each. What impressed us most was his responsiveness. Every question we had was answered quickly, and his approach was refreshingly low pressure. The installation team, led by Josh and including Asher and Sam, was equally exceptional. When they arrived, they immediately conducted a complete walkthrough of our home and took the time to explain exactly what would be installed, the specific tasks required to complete the job, and a realistic timeline for the work. Before they even began, they meticulously prepped the entire work area with drop cloths to contain any mess from the installation. Throughout the process, they worked with remarkable efficiency while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. I tend to ask a lot of questions, and they answered every single one with genuine patience and professionalism. This is truly an A+ team.

Based on our experience, we would highly recommend Logan Services to anyone considering an HVAC system upgrade. From the initial consultation through the final installation, they demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction.

Decided on replacing my AC and Furnace. Sales person was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the different options and answer all my questions. Was no pressure while I received multiple quotes from different companies. Their price was very competitive but not the lowest. Multiple payment options are offered and once I made the decision to buy the system it was installed within 2 days. Install crew was great. Very clean and took the time to explain the operation thoroughly. Would recommend.

Micah came out to quote a replacement system. He was very knowledgeable and explained the unit and options of system types. We had great communication through the process. Even when had additional questions after doing my research. I had 4 quotes and Logan was my 3rd. The price options was very competitive. A big part of my decision was their Aeroseal duct leakage sealant process. Which came with a tax credit available. Fast scheduling and great communication.

Devin, Eric, and Alex arrived on time and I was notified they were enroute prior. We went through the formalities Devin explained the installation process once we had signatures they went right to work. They worked really well together. removed old system and prepared the Aeroseal unit and really took the time to explain things.
Devin showed me the readout on my systems leakage and the sealing effectiveness on computer, but also showed my on the ducts signs of where the sealant did its job. This was a big part of my decision with my older system to improve air flow for efficiency.
Once that was done they installed the new equipment connected and tested everything. Eric walked me through the thermostat setup. Alex was very instrumental in prep and getting ducts built and in place. They thenbran the units through pre-operation testing. Cleaned up work sites.
At the end Devin went through the equipment and the thermostat settings and function completed final formalities and they were done.
I am very pleased with the communication, knowledge, teamwork, and work they Logan team performed at my home.

The homes duct/vent cleaning went great! The technician was very nice & showed us before and after pictures. He explained everything as he cleaned the air ducts & a few hours later all done all with no mess. We are very satisfied & I am very happy to be breathing cleaner air in my home now!!!

Proceeded to fix problem and worked constantly and efficiently. After installation, verified no leaks, cleaned up thoroughly. Very impressed with work. Fall damaged spout and control valve.
