Got in touch with universal windows after filling out an advertisement for replacement windows. They weren’t pushy like some of the other companies that reached out. Scheduled and arrived has advertised for the sales explanation (Daniel was awesome and patient explaining our concerns and answering questions). Delivery and installation went a little faster than explained during the sale. Pretty happy with the windows so far.

I had UWD quote me a price on 27 windows at the school i take care of. Jeffery and Dan came out and measured and quoted. Both of these gentlemen were very professional and attentive. The job was very unique and required a lot of attention to detail. Their installers Mike and Summer did a fantastic job installing both the windows as well as the window AC units. The teachers are beyond happy with the job. 10/10 would recommend

Our installation tech, Brock, was fantastic, got the windows in quick on a cold January day and was able to work in several small, crowded rooms without any fuss or difficulty. I used Universal Windows Direct to replace three exterior doors and a sliding glass door. From the salesman Rob, to install with Udo and Jeff(?) everyone was courteous and professional. They were at the higher end of quotes we entertained however I found their product and warranty to be superior and their craftsmanship was top notch.
