Feazel's skylight vendor forgot to make the skylight for my roof. It took 16 weeks to get the skylight. The didnt even try to rush an order. Everything Feazel did was great. The crew did a great installation and cleaned up. Would be 5 stars if not for the vendor..

We recently had our roof replaced by Feazel Roofing Inc. They did a fantastic job. The removed the old roof, installed a barrier layer, new flashing, and new shingles in one day! They also replaced 3 sheets of plywood on the roof. We are extremely happy with the work they did! Everyone we dealt with was very professional. Our sales rep Micheal Conley, was fantastic. He followed up on the work every step of the way. The job site manager Austin was also very professional and friendly. Bridgette, who worked with us on scheduling the job was also very friendly and professional. The crew was amazing. They started at 7:00 am we’re done by 5:00 pm.

Feazel Roofing was so helpful to us. They are so organized and quick to respond to any questions. They were true to their word and stood by their contracts. Kyle was so patient in explaining things to us and so informative. The roofers worked so well together and were so happy. The roof of the house and barn were replaced within the first few weeks of the contract. And they used the best quality material and also gave us a great warranty.

Very professional. They explained in detail every material they would be using and the entire process of replacing the roof. They showed up early and were done the same day. They used another company to replace our gutters and they were great too. Highly recommend.

They did a good job, I really liked how they put tarps everywhere, they cleaned up really good, the people in charge and workers are really nice and friendly,
I wish they would have taken the gutters guards off like the salesman said they would, now the gutters guards look like they aren’t sitting right.

We talked with a number of roofing companies before choosing Feazel, and feel we made the right choice. Every Feazel employee we encountered—from Tim the sales representative to project managers Shane and Austin, and even the billing staff we dealt with via email were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The roof looks great, too.
And, when I had questions two weeks after the job was complete about one aspect of the installation (gutters), I received a call minutes after sending an email and someone was out the next day to check and answer my questions. We’re very pleased with the results.

They worked quickly and professionally. They cleaned up very well when the work was completed. I would feel confident recommending Feazel to a friend. Our salesman, Andy Hartman was great also. He walked us through the process from start to finish.
