Olshan has been a very reliable company. They are filled with good people from the bottom to the top. I actually had them do a little rework from a job a year ago that settled a little bit. There were no arguments they just returned and put the concrete right back where it belongs. The workers they send are always extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. Makes you very comfortable working with a group like this. I would highly recommend this company for leveling concrete. Great job guys and shout out to the crew that just finished my driveway

The guys came out and did a fantastic job repairing our foundation. It started with the receptionist being very kind helping us figure out our warranty and making our appointment. Then Kenny was very helpful and explained everything that needed to be done. I received the proposal and quote the next day. We moved forward with Raul and his crew. I’ve never seen such a hard working crew! Also, the general manager, Mike stepped in to help out with a small issue with the house, that was worked out. I appreciate all these guys going above and beyond

I had a problem with my inclosed patio where one corner was sinking and would not allow my exterior door would not open properly. Olshan’s crew can in and installed 3 piers to support the patio. The previous owner of our home had foundation work (piles and piers) installed by Olshan and it came with a lifetime warranty that transferred to new owners(me). I called multiple times and never received an answer until I put in for a free estimate to hopefully get someone on the phone. Come to find out the company had been bought out by groundwork’s who will not honor the warranty that was given by the child company. Oklahoma for reference.
