Jacob came out right away. Told me the issue immediately. The issue had been overlooked by Groundworks.
The crew came out and raised the stoop to fix the issue.
Olshan's prices are better than GW and they also do the dirtwork so the customer doesn't have a mess to deal with. Not to mention the added cost.
I highly recommend Olshan.

Actually 4.5! I was very pleased with their service! Customer Service was impressive from the start. I felt that the inspections done were by Paul H. and then later by Chris C. were communicated fairly honestly and explained clearly. The work crew, which I assumed was supervised by Edwin F. was spectacular! They worked from start to finish on a relatively very cool day! Edwin did a great job of keeping me informed of all next steps! I would recommend Olshan to others experiencing issues with their foundation.

To the salesman, crew leads and crew thank you for completing our foundation repair for our home. Task was completed safely and even with minor setback Fernando , Edwin and crew took care and In a timely manner. Was told job was going to be be three days they had it done in two. Job was pretty big leveled most of my two story home.
In addition, after job was complete they made it look like they were never here.
Hada root barrier to protect hime and digging the lifetime warranty. Don't think this home will never have foundation issues again.

The estimated cost doubled in the first day . Only did partial leveling not the entire house and still have uneven floors with a slope. I ask several times questions about the leveling, been told we get to this area from underneath the house . I made the person giving the estimate very aware of the unique construction. Totally feel taking advantage of as a senior. I would not recommend this company . Now I’m stuck with the huge bill and a job unsatisfactorily done . I expected so much more from this company.

The following dislikes.
Having three contracts with different totals. On November 18 Joe Garcia and I agreed on a dollar amount. This was paid when the job was completed.
Your office called me six times from November 24 - December 2. They were seeking a balance.
Les Hayhurst told me that he would have someone do the exterior of the slab that would be part of the foundation. I have spoken to him twice on this issue. And have not heard from him on a repair date.
The concrete repair was done poorly. Polishing was not done correctly.
On picture 3-1 a trench was not covered.
An engineering letter not given.
Can someone reach out to me with the concerns above.
