We had Jared Dodd from Olshan Foundation Solutions come out to inspect our home after a contractor raised some structural concerns, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. The crew supervisor Octavio L., Cesarielio ,Abelard , and Hector. showed up at my residence in Gatesville TX. ready to work. The crew was outstanding working nonstop all day.

We had the whole foundation replaced on our mom’s house. The scheduling process was smooth but the actual work started a day late and went two day longer the planned.
The crew did a good job with the foundation in that it seems very stable.
I have a problem with the subfloor installation. According to Tyler, the site manager, the floor should be level to 1/16 inch per 6 feet. He had a crew return to the house to fix some of the areas where the floor didn’t meet the standards. They missed other areas. In some cases the floor was more than 1/4 inch per 2 feet. It appears that they were selective is where they checked the floor and took advantage of the inexperience of my sister, who was monitoring them.

Olshan installed a drainage pipe along the side of my house after rainwater overflowed the foundation and flooded my home during a heavy rainfall. This was a huge project complicated by the fact I share a zero lot line with my neighbor and the work required access to his backyard. Jose Bonilla went above and beyond to complete the job in one day instead of two and to replace the sod in the neighbors yard.

After my foundation repairs were completed, I again scheduled Olshan to level my sidewalk that was almost 80 feet long. Martin Bello and co-worker, Idaquel Gonzales arrived on July 10, 2025. They were prompt, courteous, polite and completed the polyurethane leveling of my sidewalk expeditiously. I can't praise these two enough for the exceptional job they did. I highly recommend Olshan to complete foundation repairs and polyurethane leveling. Martin and Idaquel deserve 20 out of 10 rating.

After finding cracks in my ceiling, and a crack in my basement floor, Keith May came out and inspected my home and presented me with a proposal for repairs. Scheduling with Jamie was easy and convenient for my needs. My foundation repair to my home began on July 7, 2025. Edgar, and his associates, Wilmer, Edyson, David and Domingo promptly arrived and made all the necessary foundation repairs. What an undertaking. What a hard-working crew! I couldn't believe they were able to complete the whole project in just 3 days. I was always kept up to date and informed by Edgar on the progress of the massive repair. At the end of the project, Edgar had me inspect the work, ask questions and answer any concerns I could think of. I am so impressed with their work ethic.
