One Day Roofing

I've been very pleased with the One Day Roofing team. Everyone was very professional and made sure that everything was going smoothly throughout the entire process. Joseph Dorsey and Eric Loshl made sure to keep me up to date with everything from start to finish. The team was able to get me pricing as well as assist with financing options. The install team were very efficient and did a great job on the install and the clean up. My house looks brand new with its new roof. I'm very pleased and recommend this company for your roofing needs.

While the installation is amazing and quality is good, follow-up for issues is not so great. The permit was not filed correctly for my town and I had to follow-up with ODR to make sure the permit was submitted correctly because I was being cited by the town. I sent numerous emails and heard nothing back from ODR. It would be nice if their customer support for existing customers was as wonderful as the customer support for the installation process. Its been three weeks and I'm still waiting for an update on where we are with the permit for the roof.

After several estimates, One Day Roofing had the best price. J.D. walked with me through the whole process. I didn't have to wonder or worry. No more leaks! Now a beautiful roof and written warranty. Thank you One Day Roofing!

I have to say I was very reluctant about getting a new roof even though my garage really needed one. I contacted One Day Roofing. They made everything easy from start to finish. I spoke with the salesman.Stephon, He was very friendly and very informative on what was available and was able to get me financed within minutes. I worked with a great team of contractors, Eric and Griffin, They were very helpful throughout the entire process and kept me well informed.The roofing crew came out work, their butts off in between rain storms and got the job done in just two days. I was very impressed on how diligent they were not only putting the roof on, but also the cleanup. They made sure that everything was left exactly the way they found it. They did a beautiful job all around! I would definitely refer them to friends and family..

Done very well job, friendly worker's and delivery materials and trailer for trash. Shawn Kennedy, Dan was very helpful, patience along with their support team. Give this to the lord, for I was hacked after Jesus risen. I was pushing myself uphill from the bottom. I couldn't get a loan if not for Shawn and team members Service. I'll be able to continue to feel better there is a roof over my head. Lord will lead me to finish the inside damage of my house. Plus to pay for the loan fee. Thank you all.
If you're able to send me a written form of the work and pictures of all . I would be very interested to have paper work with this situation with you. I am old school, I would like to look at paperwork for me to read and understand what I got done. Hard for me to understand through this new way of online work. Many blessings to you all Thank you

What an amazing experience with One Day Roofing. The team was fast and efficient. Communication was top notch.
They arrived at 5:40am and were gone by 6:30pm. You would not know they were even here as the clean up was perfect from a complete roof replacement! Couldn’t be happier!

Be very cautious with this company. They send out street workers to do the job, and they can’t even speak English. My roof is badly damaged. I don’t understand why they dispatch workers who don't speak English. They were amateurs. They bent my hot water heater, botched up my roof, cut a section on the side of my trim, and left it. The leak from my roof damaged my wall in my room. Whenever I called them, they always had excuses, and they tend to target single women. Clay is horrible to work with; he will tell you he’s not going to do something, then blame the damage on my end. I will post some pictures of all the damages, not just on the roof. They botched my roof and messed up several things around my house. This is the second worst roofing company I have dealt with. I would give them a 0% Dropped a object on my hot water heater cover Which I paid $1400 and Clay told me that he will replace the top owner for $200. If anybody know you just can't go out and buy a top for a hot water heater. You got to replace the whole cover. Clay say l want spend that much money on a hot water heater top. My home is an old home before I choose them. I look around because l need a full roof. decking and different things, etc. no other company would replace it without the decking as which I couldn’t afford the decking so I did find One day Roofing and they said that they could do it without the decking and that was his word. He said that he could do it without the decking so I’m having problems out the problems with this roof I talked with Griffin. I told him the same. I so I also asked him to go and listen to the recording. When I purchased this roof I pacifically asked. Can you repair this roof without the decking and under the recording go back and listen to the recording, you will hear me asking that question and whoever took this job they said yes they can’t repair it without the decking. The only thing this Company need to do is go back and listen to the recording. I asked Griffin several times he never did it. He ignored me so watch out for Clay and Griffin and I have more pictures now. My front roof is looking horrible. The shingles is coming up all the six start occurring when they sent these guys they can’t speak English. They damaged my roof and damage my hot water heater cover. Check with the BBB First because if you don’t. They didn’t do the job the way it’s supposed to have been Started leaking in a different area. The damage is in my bedroom you can see the pictures

The whole experience has been truly amazing. Thank you so very much to the entire team but especially the working crew. Every single one of them was respectful, kind and worked hard to make this happen to my satisfaction. AWESOME

So they contacted me. Quoted me a roof for around 15-16k (without ever sending anyone out). First call only GAF shingles were used. At this point I already had my shingle picked out, which wasn't GAF. Weeks go by and I start receiving calls again, from someone else! Believe his name is James, came back at me with talks of them picking up a large commercial job in the area and would like to gain my at a reduced price! This time around they were willing to use Owen's Corning midnight plum! I think this company prays on ignorant customers. I have had over 7 quotes from folks who actually came to view my roof! The way this company wanted to vent my attic was FAR inferior! I'm not a roofer but have a brain, with the ability to learn! This company wanted to put solely box vents for a finished attic! Again, like I said I'm no pro, but when explaining to them how I want to vent my roof, they just kept insisting their way was proper. To me this is crazy as almost every person that came and looked at the job said use edge venting. For anyone ignorant in roofing, there is much free information available online, one being the amount of venting you need for your size roof. This is more of a sales company then a roofing company, read the reviews! They offered me a deal that expired at 5AM. I said extend it til 9AM, gimme a call and we'll probably get the deal done. They said no, I said call me at 5AM, again no, people aren't up at this time (I was at work at 5AM). No call until my ride home from work around 345. Occupied with driving , I had to ignore 3 phone calls in a 1 minute span, and returned home with a txt saying call us back when u have a chance. The deal ended at 5AM, why you calling me at 3PM?!?!!?! This is gonna be fun if they decide to waste to try and waste anymore of my time. I'm in PA, not sure who sold this Marylan based company my info!

Great job men and ladies. The roof looks tremendous and very professionally installed. Fast, friendly and efficient. I will definitely refer your crew to my people that need a roof.
