Uriel was amazing! Explained everything that he was going to do from the diagnosis to the eventual repair. Going without A/C in the summertime is not an option and this company and their technician took great care of myself and family. I will be using this company again as I'm now signed up to have them out for twice a year maintenance. Excellent service!

James came out to service our unit, and he did an outstanding job. He communicated everything clearly throughout the entire process, answered all of our questions, and made sure we understood what was being done. He also has a great personality and was friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. It’s hard to find customer service like this these days. I highly recommend James and would definitely use this company again!
Justin is the most incredible technician and wonderful person I have had the pleasure of doing business with. He is extremely knowledgeable and always guides us thru the AC issues and tells us what is needed in an easy way. I would recommend him any time. He handles my 89 year old father in a respective manner. Thank you
Rocky, did an excellent job and was very informative through out the diagnostic process. He also explained options for fixing the AC unit to make it most cost effective. We had an expensive repair and Luke in the project department assisted us immediately with getting the process for financing completed and in the most cost effective way. The team that showed up for the install (Ernesto, Augustin) also explained every step and went above and beyond to make sure everything was right. Great company, great service, great compassion.
Technician Joe Pierre told me my capacitor ($563) was the issue and attempted to sell me a $338 yearly service. (2 checkups per year). I opted to just have the work completed. He comes back in, and says it’s your contactor the cost is $343.00, but recommends that I have both replaced. I decided to only have the contactor done, and he charged me the same $563. Joe said he misquoted me, as the $343 was if I had the purchased the comfort package. Granted when he explained the comfort package , it included 15% off repair, so the math didn’t make sense. Typical cost for this job should be no more than $400 on the high end at best with trip charge, labor, and material. I DON’T recommend.
I contacted One Hour AC when our AC stopped cooling properly. The technicians from Team Titan from Fort Worth, Texas were courteous, professional, and kept us updated on their arrival time, which I appreciated.
Regrettably, the visit quickly felt more like a sales presentation than an attempt to diagnose and repair the immediate issue. We were told our outdoor unit and indoor unit should be replaced, along with additional zoning work and a second thermostat, for approximately $31,000.
What disappointed me most is that I did not feel there was a serious attempt to repair the existing system before recommending a complete replacement. We still paid the $99 service fee and were left believing replacement was our only option.
The next day, another HVAC company diagnosed a failed capacitor, replaced it for about $150+service fee , and our AC immediately began cooling again. That company also explained that while our system is older, it may still have a few years of life remaining.
I understand that older HVAC systems eventually need replacement, and I am not claiming that Team Titan was wrong about the age of the equipment. However, as a homeowner, I expected a genuine effort to diagnose and repair the issue before being presented with a $31,000- replacement proposal.
The contrast between the two experiences was significant. One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating focused primarily on making a big sale, while the other focused on fixing the problem first. The second company earned my trust and future business because they took the time to repair what was actually broken and educate us about our options.
I appreciate the professionalism and courtesy shown by Team Titan, but I was disappointed that the visit felt heavily focused on selling a new system rather than attempting a repair.

Mike Bell from One Hour was fantastic. He is an incredibly hard-working technician who didn't rush through the job at all. He took the time to explain exactly what was going on with my system, showed me the visual proof of what needed attention, and got everything running perfectly. Transparent, highly professional, and excellent customer service.
Michael Bell has serviced our ac In the past as well as today . We have a service agreement for twice yearly maintenance. He is very knowledgeable, polite and careful walking in and out of house . He’s very polite and personable. Good job Michael!
My Kudos to One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating. I've had Rocky Smith come out in the past and he did a fantastic job on my regular maintenance. Last Friday 2/27/26, James Laisure was the tech that came out. He did very thorough explanation of what he was going to do. After he did his inspection, he took pictures of the furnace and the concerns, again his explanations and pictures helped me understand what I needed to do for preventative maintenance, and what he needed to do to get me back in shape. Overall it was not a major event, but it was good to have a competent tech know what to do, and do it in a professional manner and the charge was not expensive. I would add, since we are on their heating and Air semi annual maintenance plan, it's easier to remember what I need to do to keep my unit in good order. My furnace and air compressor units are 5 years old.
Thanks for having well trained courteous techs. Highly recommend the Fort Worth group.

Revising review from 5 to 0. Do not use this company…. I had to hire Air Worth to come in after two days later and fix EVERYTHING THEY TOUCHED. Rocky was very pleasant and seemed to be a competent technician….. BUT Rocky recommended putting 6 lbs of 410A Refrigerant in to our 5 Ton unit without do a leak check that is required (if you are a ethical company) prior to filling unit with that much Freon. 24 hrs later $800 worth of Freon was gone (plus some more) because Rocky did not bother to do a leak check. Called different HVAC company AIR WORTH to troubleshoot system that Rocky from One Hour Air did not properly diagnose or repair…. AIR WORTH did a through check of system to find out where freon was going and found a HUGE leak at the outside compressor. To make matters worse, Rocky also mis-diagnosed our heat strips as being defective …. He did not know that you have to override the “staging” of heat strips to correctly assess if any of the heat strips were not working…. Rocky incorrectly diagnosed that two out of four heat strips require replacement…. When it turns out that only two heat strips are supposed to come on (at first) if you only turn on the emergency heat at thermostat…. He did not even know that emergency heat had to be put into TEST MODE to correctly check all heat strips. Rocky is a pleasant person, but epically incompetent TO BE able to correctly diagnose HVAC problems. If I could give a “0” review I would… requested a partial refund for the Freon fill that ultimately went straight into atmosphere—- which is not supposed to happen and why thy have a stare “License” to protect the environment. REGIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE DIRECTOR Leslie Humphrey SAID NO REFUND as Rocky claimed that I declined his recommendation for a leak check…. Simply not true. If unit had been only 1 or even two pounds low then the “recommendation” would have been appropriate to suggest to customer- but he estimated it needed 6 pounds - in this situation there can be NO RECOMMENDATION at that point - it has to be a required leak check!!!! I Have filed a formal complaint with TX PUC - as this should a violation of there required “workmanship quality and professional procedures” requirements. One Hour Air is a MEGA corp company that is dangerous, incompetent, unethical, and crooked. DO NOT USE EVER!!!! You will regret it!!!!!
