My serviceman was wonderful. I knew it had been a late day for him. He was already on the twelfth hour of his shift, and that did not affect his mood or his ability to serve me with care and respect. Great experience would choose them again in a second.

⭐️SUPER STAR SERVICE⭐️ From start to finish done in less than 24 hours an excellent job! Truly your best bet if you need fast service and great service. Terry came out last night and back this morning to complete the job. Terry is wonderful very nice, polite great service tech. My dog loved him and he liked my Jack Russell crazy dog! What a GREAT experience and a GREAT company. Our technician, Mr. Rocky Smith, came out promptly and not only fixed our unit, but walked me through step by step, and taught me measures that I can take to prevent the issue in the future. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond in repair and maintenance. We have a toddler at home, so having a consistent A/C unit is crucial. Never once did I feel I was being upsold, just genuine, fair pricing all the way around. Highly recommend One Hour Air to anyone looking - and especially Mr. Smith as a technician. We will certainly be using them for all of our future needs.

From the beginning when we called for help, the lady who took the service call was very professional and asked the right questions. She informed that they are very busy, but they will service us that same day. She also informed that we would receive a text when the service techs are on their way.
I was surprised when the The GM and and VP of the company showed up and were actually taking service calls because of the high volume of calls.
The guys were professional and very efficient. They diagnosed the problem and gave me a very fair price before doing the work allowing me to decide if I wanted them to go forward.
We were impressed by everything they had done, so of course we told them to do the job.
They were courteous and even wore covers on their shoes before entering our home.
Great company and I highly recommend them!!

Mike Bell came out at 2 am and serviced our unit. He was super pleasant and honest. Incredibly nice guy and knowledgeable in his profession. Highly recommend Mike and One Hour. I also spoke with two great ladies in the office Makayla and Jennifer. Both were amazing and had someone headed our way as soon as I called. (They were very busy tonight so it wasn’t one hour) can’t give enough praise. They have my business from now on!

The techs have always been pleasant and respectful and given me all the information I need to make good decisions about my HVAC needs.
I love how they put the booties on when they come in the house to keep the floor clean.

Outstanding service from wonderful people. From the pleasant voice on the phone that takes my service calls, to the prompt follow-ups and service visits, this company always exceeds my expectations.
I have cats in my house( of course being an animal lover) and the techs are always mindful of not letting them out the door when they come in and out

I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with One Hour Air after being a loyal customer. Despite multiple visits, they consistently failed to bring the proper equipment—specifically a tall enough ladder—and made me provide one myself. I was even put in a position to hold the ladder for their technician’s safety. Repeated promises to correct these issues were never honored, and poor communication, multiple no-shows, unprofessional behavior from management and staff, and disorganized scheduling persisted. Eventually, a manager rudely informed me they would no longer service my home because they couldn’t bring a ladder and advised me to contact a commercial company instead, even though I’m in a residential place. This was despite their own technicians confirming they had the capability. While some of the techs themselves were great, the customer service and management were rude, unprofessional, and completely disconnected. I later hired another company who came fully prepared, identified a critical issue One Hour Air missed entirely, and resolved everything efficiently. I would not recommend One Hour Air to anyone—they wasted so much of my time, money, failed to deliver, and ultimately treated a loyal customer with complete disregard. Should’ve read the other reviews on them because they’re just as bad.

Rocky was professional, knowledgeable, and personable. If I had a choice I’d have him come out every time. I started using 1 hour in 2024 when my ac went out and ended up get there membership because they arrive in a timely manner, are very professional and decently priced as far as I can tell. And it all seems worth it because we live in Texas and in the summer you can’t survive unless you have ac!

One Hour Air is the best! Ze came and did our regular check-up. All of the folks at One Hour are more than capable and know their business. The front office staff does an excellent job at communicating with their customer base. I love being able to schedule appointments and communicate with them for any reason by text. Thanks, Ze for doing a great job and advising us on greater ways to improve our HVAC efficiency. We've already implemented your first recommendation and we're looking into our options for implementing the other!
