Jaz did a great job working with us to get our solar project up and running.
We love it! Barely have any electric bill. So we are happy with our new system.

I’m writing this review as a neighboring homeowner who was directly affected by work performed by Our World Energy. While installing solar panels for my neighbor, the company dug in my yard to place a new electrical box that connects to the city utilities. They dug for several days and created a massive hole - over 7 feet deep and more than 8 feet long; including directly under our palm tree, risking damaging its roots.

The hole remained open for over a month and was only loosely covered with boards, which created a serious safety hazard, especially because we have small children who play in our yard. When the company finally filled the hole, it was not properly compacted or finished. After recent rain, the area has sunk again and turned into a large, deep sinkhole.

I have contacted the company repeatedly over the past month, clearly explaining the safety issues and the fact that this involves electrical infrastructure. Despite acknowledging my concerns, no one has come out to inspect or repair the damage, and the sinkhole continues to worsen.

I am writing this review to warn others that, based on my experience, the quality of their work has been poor, and there appears to be no urgency in correcting their mistakes—even when it affects a homeowner’s daily living and poses safety risks. I hope this issue is eventually resolved, but the lack of timely response has been extremely disappointing.

Our world energy installed my solar panels. They showed up on time their installation only took a few hours, and it was great. Elle, my coordinator kept me up-to-date on everything through the whole process. They made it super easy.

This solar project didn't break the bank. Jazz was a great guy. Easy to work with, even when I got frustrated and wasn't too nice one time. He was very patient as we are seniors. 5 *****

I was very satisfied with Our World Energy. I had some rooms lose power and I couldn't find out on my own why. Our World Energy came out and very politely showed me how the system works and and where the circuit breakers were located. I was glad it was just a tripped breaker. It was nice of them to reeducate me about the solar system. They also complimented me on my trellis I built to protect my battery backup from the Arizona sun!

Working with Our World Energy, for installation regarding our Solar Panels went great. My representative that worked closely with me was Nathalie. She was friendly, and answered all my questions.

Our World Energy was a great company to work with. I had two systems installed and couldn’t be happier. The installation team does excellent work and customer service is first class. Mary kept me in the loop and up to date through the entire process and always quick to respond. I highly recommend the Tesla Powerwall 3, easy to monitor and change settings using the Tesla app.

I have been taken care of by Our World step by step! They have cared for me when I had several needs and they were well equipped and when they needed an unexpected part they bought it and quickly with great experience and expertise completed the jobs !! There was not one negative period through out the whole process even if it took hours or if they had to return another day to complete the job. Cherry has been my go to person and if I could keep her I definitely would. She has been wonderful even when I didn’t know if she was receiving my message she is the one responding and setting up an appointment or contacting just the person or team to resolve any issue !! I thank you all and especially Cherry!!

Absolutely great service from Karen Padasay! The service and installation went great. She was able to answer and questions and concerns. She stayed in communication during entire process and still communicates to us this day. Any issues that happened were mostly on our electric company. The team that put up the panels were professional and personable. Very much appreciate the great communication, professionalism and new set up. Would definitely recommend!!

Excellent service from beginning to end. Loren, the project manager, was consistently communicating with me and with their team to ensure everything was coming together properly. This communication was very helpful as I needed her for Tesla customer service. Loren is quick to respond and very friendly. She is always professional. Mason, the salesman is a highly ambitious veteran. He was honest and very good at determining exactly how much solar I need for my living situation and energy consumption. He even calculated my pool, which hadn't been built yet. This was very important because if he didn't think about the pool, I wouldn't have enough solar and would consequently have a large electric bill bc of the pool. If you are considering solar, I highly recommend meeting with Mason.
