I want to thank Aspen for every step of their service from the beginning visit through the finished product. We had several windows and two storm doors replaced in our older home and could not be happier with our experience. The sales person who first visited was so kind and knowledgeable, the gentlemen who came to do all the measurements were detail oriented and pleasant and the installers were quick and precise.
Some of our old windows had trapped moisture and cloudiness, and now the new ones are so clear it’s amazing. Our dog Tank can’t stop looking out the back windows to watch over the neighborhood. A special thanks to everyone we interacted with on Aspen’s staff who were kind to us but also so kind to our dog. It’s safe to say Tank recommends Aspen to all dogs everywhere! And we do too! Thank you, Aspen!

Low pressure, knowledgeable sales people, and great communication during the entire process. Professional, friendly installers, and detailed follow up and customer service. We had the four main windows replaced on the front of the house which faces due West. It used to get very warm in the main living areas, the house is much more comfortable now in the afternoon. In fact, we are already seeing a savings on electricity, which almost equals the minimum financing payment! I can definitely recommend Aspen homes for your next project.

The work crews were wonderful. They were respectful , clean and efficient. Most of the office personnel were polite and easy to talk to. Scheduling for my gutters was a slight change but it worked out in the end.

We had a wonderful experience with Aspen! Our project included several window replacements and new siding. I added one before photo and a few after. We were very pleased with the final product and quick responsive service.

We had 7 of our windows replaced by Aspen Home Improvements. Each person we encountered was kind, courteous, and knowledgeable about the products and service. The two technicians sent to install the windows were top notch and left the area inside and outside the windows clean. They even removed the stickers and cleaned the windows after the install was finished! We didn’t have to left a finger, and everything was completed over two days. They even came back on a Saturday to complete the job after rain cut the working time short on Friday. The windows themselves are beautiful and keep the home cool in the summer. We only need one wall air conditioner to cool the entire top floor.
I highly recommend this company for any new windows or install that you need on your home! Thanks again!

Everyone I've worked with at Aspen has been excellent, and they installed 8 windows in one day. I was fully expecting some hiccups along the way, but things went very smooth and these new Okna windows look stunning!

In total, Aspen has installed a quality sliding glass door and 35 windows in our 125 year old home. Even when adding an addition to the house, we had Aspen design and install the windows.
We’ve appreciated David’s attention to detail when assisting our decision making……one architectural choice was to include beveled and wider width grids to create the look of the home’s original windows. Some of our woodwork is chestnut, and the installed windows ate a perfect replacement. We have suggested Aspen to many friends and family, and they have been very satisfied too.

Highly recommend Aspen! We had all 25 windows replaced from white to black and they turned out better than we imagined. Our house looks like a storybook house now. The new windows were the final touch on our total home renovation. Aspen did a phenomenal job!!

Pros: windows look great and function beautifully. Very happy with the product, it appears quality and like it will last a while.

Cons: I didn’t receive any communication after the measurement of the windows. The wrong quantity of windows were ordered so my installation was spread out over a month long period to get all of my widows in. This was pretty inconvenient as I work full time. The door I ordered has a faulty handle. When I asked aspen to correct this the technician said this is “how it is” and told me to replace the door handle with hardware from Home Depot. They never completed an inspection after the work and I’m dissatisfied with the condition they left my door frame in. The installer ripped out a piece of my flooring and the weather strip. I haven’t heard from them in months so I assume I need to replace this at cost to myself.

The windows are nice but the company could work on communication and installation overall. I also did feel for the one guy they sent to complete this whole house job in 2 days, it didn’t feel entirely safe either having him up on ladders by himself and I don’t think he ever took a single break. Wouldn’t necessarily recommend this company but I do like the windows they used.
