In September 2023, we had our first installation of a bow front window to our new home
It went perfectly and the team cleaned up well
Today, 8/29, we needed 2 small adjustments and the technician, Walter, was on time and did a very professional job. He explained how he was going to correct the issues. He took a before and after photo, and the issues took only 1/2 hour to resolve. We intend to use Green Star again to finish our other windows.
Yesterday, Feb 16, 2026 we continued with our window project and added 5 more windows to the coldest rooms of the house.
The 2 man team started at 11 am and finished at 5pm.
Excellent job and they cleaned up all the debris both front and back of house. We noticed a difference in the temperature immediately.
The bedrooms were much more comfortable and the heat stabilized. It was amazing. We only have 3 more windows to complete and we will use this company again. Highly recommend.

When he came to measure my windows, he noticed my living room window wouldn’t shut and cold air was pouring in. Out of the three companies I received quotes from, he was the only one who took the time to fix it on the spot. I felt the difference immediately. Thank you, Tony!

Green Star won my bid by far, and I’m confident I chose the right company. I can’t wait for my beautiful new windows and doors to be installed and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for quality, professionalism, and real customer care.

I worked with Greenstar about 3 years ago to have my front and back doors replaced. Total cost for the 2 doors was approximately $9,000. Some good points, the process was quick and easy and initially installation seemed to go well. Their customer service is also great and I will be following up with a phone call after this review. Within a couple weeks, the hardware started falling off. On the back door, it was evident someone dropped a putty knife and the substance splashed all over the door. When I tried to clean it, the paint immediately chipped. The touch up paint I was given was a different finish and the marks were pretty obvious. The hardware issues have persisted throughout the years. They continually loosen then pop off when you go to open or close the door. This morning, it became bent and now my front door won’t close. I will attach photos. This is an issue Greenstar came out to fix once already. In general, some of the trim work just looks unfinished. I let it go but now given all the other issues, I’m suspicious that maybe it just isn’t the best product. My front door handle is loose and the movement has caused the paint to chip around the handle. It feels stupid and petty to call someone out to continuously fix these minor issue, so we just live with it but we really shouldn’t have to. See below for photo examples.

Edit to owners response: I have reached out to Greenstar about these issues before. The customer service is always great and someone comes out to handle it, but unfortunately, it continues to happen. This review is specifically meant to let other consumers know my experience with the product itself. Im hoping to have the hardware replaced on both doors as well as having both doors repainted. I will update regarding the response to my concerns. I’ve texted Don and called him but was unable to leave a message.

Update:Spoke with the owner, a technician will be out tomorrow and doors should be repainted as soon as feasibly possible given weather. Fingers crossed.

I replaced my roof with Green Star and had a great experience. In fact, I chose to replace all the plywood on my roof as well as the shingles. Communication was great, day of install went exactly as expected. Don and Mike were very helpful in answering any questions/concerns I had.

I bought 85 windows. I’m not happy with the way the built the windows. They aren’t “custom” to fit in your opening. The just make them smaller and fill in gaps with spray foam and build the frame around the window much thicker than they were to begin with. They look “clunky.” My kitchen was absolutely horrendous. But if I hadn’t noticed they were quite ok with it. Even outside the made the frames much thicker than the should be. If you look at the photo of the kitchen window you can see how thick the posts in between the windows are even with the shutters closed. It’s much worse without the shutters. They did eventually replace that whole window. The screens are absolutely horrible. Cheap. Loose. $150K for windows and they don’t even wash them. I had to beg to get them to wash the few worst ones. Now I got a quote to clean the windows for $1500. Overall, the windows work well. Smooth open and shut. They trampled bushes etc outside. The guys were very courteous.

I recently had my roof replaced and was extremely impressed with the entire experience. From start to finish, the team was professional, courteous, and reliable. Communication was excellent throughout the project — they explained everything clearly, arrived on time, and completed the job exactly as promised.

The quality of the workmanship is outstanding. The crew worked efficiently and with great attention to detail, and the finished roof looks fantastic. I was also very pleased with how clean and organized they kept the worksite — they made sure to protect my property and left everything spotless when they were done.

Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the results and the level of service. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality roofing work and a smooth, stress-free experience.

Hello Good people . On August 14, 2025. Green Star Exteriors put in 5 new windows. When I tell you these folks are very very professional they are the best. The price was very reasonable and affordable. The work is totally outstanding. I can see out my windows. I was so amazed I could see the bugs flying around and I could see the rain drops. These folks are going to do all of my windows. I am more 100% completely satisfied. One of the screens had a tiny hole in. I reported it and they came out the next day at no extra charge. All of them are very professional. I did a video hopefully I can upload it, if not I do have pictures
