Ryan Webster did an excellent job presenting Paramount’s products for roofing. He was extremely knowledgeable and clearly had the experience to cover and answer all questions that I had. He is a very friendly and personable representative of this company, and I highly recommend him if you have any roofing needs.

The sales person was fast talker and said we needed 20.2 squares of siding but they only put 17 squares on the job site. When the contractor completed and left they took 2 squares with them resulting in only putting 15 squares on the house. Paramount still charged us for the 20.2 squares even though they only installed 15.
When questioning this with their corporate representatives, the response was you signed a contract for 20.2 and we installed the siding what we used didn’t matter, you signed the contract. Be careful when dealing with them. They hi pressure and are quick to overcharge for materials.
Ps.. the salesperson took my phone and wrote the original review claiming how good he was and bragging on himself. Just plain odd.
Be careful and get multiple quotes.

I had an excellent experience working with Steve. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain every aspect of the roofing quote and the installation process. What stood out even more was how he included a trainee Larry in the visit—patiently walking him through the details as well, which showed his commitment to both customer service and mentorship. I felt confident and well-informed throughout. Outstanding service from start to finish!

They have a great product (triple pane casement windows), and I liked the price…now the frustrating part: With one exception, communication with this company is HORRIBLE. The good part, if Kareem is the one doing your work you will hear from him before arrival and he does a tremendous job. Everyone else (and there are May levels of people that you get shuffled around to with Paramount, to include their parent-Hansons) was painful, unresponsive, unreliable and not as communicated within their policy. They stated they will contact you the day before work to let you know what’s time to expect them, never happened. I was never even contacted the day of (unless it was Kareem) going through phone attendant “hell” trying to find what the status of project was and when the crew would be there. I ended up having to take 4 days off work for the installation of two windows…😡. I had to ask for a copy of the contract 4 times, and only received it when payment was due and I threatened to withhold payment until i received an electronic copy Also, there was the matter of a helper entering my garage without asking and helping himself to some duct tape. Sadly, I have friends who were awaiting the outcome of my project to decide if they want to go through Paramount for their projects, and I cannot in good faith recommend them.

Very positive experience. My tile shower with a fiberglass base needed to be replaced. I wanted a grout free option and Kohler flexstone was my choice. Erika Warren guided me thru the process. I had the bench removed and the shower widen from 32 inches to 42 inches. Added the shelves and two grab bars and a wonderful glass door. I am confident that it will increase my home value in an over 55 community. My husband and I are looking for to using our shower for years to come. Thank you for your help. Diana

**UPDATE BELOW**
For over a month and a half, we have been unable to use our upstairs bathroom, which has been particularly distressing for me as I recently underwent surgery. Navigating the stairs to access the shower downstairs has been an exhausting and painful challenge during my recovery, and it has added to my overall stress. To make matters worse, the doors on the upstairs shower do not stay closed, which not only makes it inconvenient but also poses a risk of water damage. Despite reaching out numerous times since last year regarding these issues, we have received little to no response.
Our problems began shortly after the initial installation when the shower started leaking, leading to significant damage to the wall of our downstairs bathroom. After weeks of frustration and being given the runaround, a technician finally came out to assess the situation. He confirmed that the shower had been improperly installed and replaced a part in the upstairs bathroom. We thought we were on the path to resolution, but sadly, that was not the case.
Fast forward to last month, when we experienced the same leak again, but this time it was far worse. The leak escalated to the point where our downstairs bathroom was completely flooded, rendering our upstairs bathroom completely unusable. We called for service over a week ago, yet here we are again, facing the same frustrating runaround with no resolution in sight.
In addition to the leaks, we have been trying to get the shower doors replaced since last fall. They simply won’t stay closed, which has been a continuous source of irritation. A technician who visited last year assured us that the replacement doors would be ordered, but since that time, we have heard nothing. To compound the issue, the doors on the downstairs bathroom keep falling off their track, creating a serious safety hazard for our children. This issue has also been ignored, despite our repeated attempts to address it.
The absolute worst part of this entire experience has been the complete lack of customer service—it's virtually nonexistent. Getting in touch with anyone who can actually help us has proven to be an uphill battle. We are left to deal with recurring leaks, flooding, and safety hazards, all without any clear path to resolution.
I deeply regret choosing this company for our shower remodel. The ongoing problems have not only cost us additional out-of-pocket expenses but have also caused significant stress and disruption to our daily lives. If I could turn back time, I would absolutely choose a different company. Save yourself the headache and opt for a business that truly stands behind their work and values their customers!
*****UPDATE: A few days after I posted my original review, we were contacted and told that the VP of Operations would come to our property to assess the situation and advise us on the next steps. About a week later, he visited and was very kind and informative. He let us know that we would need to tear down the drywall in our ceiling to repair the leak from our upstairs shower. He also assured us that our shower doors had, in fact, been ordered back in the fall of last year and had been sitting in their warehouse since then.
During his visit, we also informed him that the downstairs shower was leaking into our basement. He asked us to send a video of the leak, which we did promptly. On March 17th, he emailed my husband and said a crew would be scheduled to fix the issues, and that if we wanted to expedite the process, we should go ahead and tear out the drywall ourselves.
Unfortunately, here we are, a full month later—with no resolution. I am beyond frustrated with this company and the constant runaround. It feels like existing customers are being pushed aside in favor of new business, and that speaks volumes about how they operate. We’re now going on three months without a usable shower and nearly a year of issues since the original installation. At this point, I have no confidence in their ability to fix anything in a timely or professional manner.

Both Steve and Grayson were timely and professional. They were able to answer all our questions , while keeping an eye out for our house hippo.
They did a great job on the presentation of products as well as making us feel comfortable about the purchase.
