I have to admit, I’ve never heard of a roof being completely redone in 6 1/2 hours… start to finish! The quality of their work is outstanding. They have a great crew that moves effortlessly as a team! The roof is absolutely beautiful. The clean up after was stellar. I can’t say enough about how pleased we are! Thank you Steve, Craig and all at Bath and Planet. I highly recommended them for any projects you have!!!!

I give it a 2 star because at least my bathroom looks better than it did before. However, I'm sooo disappointed in this company and the work that was done. . A little over 2 years ago we , my husband and I) decided to have Bath Planet remodel out bathroom. Worse decision made. First off, I/we should have known not to go with them when the sales rep pressure us into the offer, making it seem as if we couldn't think on it before making a decision. So fast forward. We get a bathroom remodeled for 14,000, remind you that doesn't include the floor, but a new tub ( they took out old tub) a faucet, a malfunction tub stopper that started acting up within a month, the Tub surround ( 3 of the surrounds goes up to the ceiling and surrounding walls ( the surround only cover half the wall and a shower pole. Now, the size of our bathroom, small, like seriously, our bathroom can only fit 2 adult at one time and its tight. We definitely got played/ scammed.
Fast forward to now. My husband called them to have someone work redone. He had to call twice. We needed the caulking around the tub and window to be redone, which technically needed to be redone way sooner than now and we needed a new tub stopper . If taking baths you had to hold the stopper doe the water to drain.
Poor quality from start to finish, til now for $14000. Like I just can't get over how this company scmed us out of 14000 for little to nothing work done. It's been 2 years later and I still can't get over it. Especially now.
They send someone out here to redo the caulking and it's horrible, you would have thought I, the wife, had did it. ( I have pictures) the caulking is not smooth.
I would not recommend this company AT ALL. to each its own but NO. A very over priced company or maybe they chose who gets the good quality and who to get over on.
As I see other reviews I see a lady (2 years ago) who bathroom is a little smaller than ours (shower only) and curious to know how much she paid for her bathroom and it looks like her floor was included in the remodeled.

Bath planet had best price for walk in jet tub that had all the extra features other companies charge extra for. Installation took three days as plumbing had to be changed and electrical wires had to be installed from second floor bathroom to basement panel. The one worked did everything by himself except for carrying the tub up to the second floor. This man’s work was amazing. He was very perticulis in his work. He did clean up after himself so good that you didn’t even know he was there. My wife and I are so happy with the work that was done and the Alexis tub is fantastic. If there were more than five stars I would rate them as high as possible. Thanks Bath Planit for everything from the salesman to the final product. I highly recommend this company and the craftsmanship of the installer.

Personable, prompt, tidy, and professional all the way through-- the team at Bath Planet gave us exactly what we envisioned. We couldn't be happier with our tub-to-shower conversion (with bench and with expansion via some empty wall space) which occurred, as planned, 4 months after meeting with Justin. Justin was happy to give us various tiers and alternatives to choose from. The scheduling was a key to the project, and they treated our availability as such. Ken ripped and installed everything in a few days' time. Also, he and our dog were mutually happy to greet each other every day. We recommend Bath Planet, and if you've ever driven by their location off '94 and wondered whether you would benefit from a new/improved " BAT-HROOM" (as their windows divide up the words) the answer is "Certainly, yes"!

Ron & Kevin were awesome representatives of Bravo Contractors & Bath Planet of STL. Ther were highly professional, courteous and even shared their sense of humor with us. Loved Ron's trivia. 🥰🤣 The window installation is beautiful and they absolutely know what they're doing. They showed up ahead of time and came ready to work. They installed 10 windows faster than I imagined it would take, and they all look beautiful. I felt horrible that the were working in the scortching sun/heat, 💔😭 but they powered through it.💪💪💪 I absolutely recommend them. They're awesome! 🥰 Thank you Ron & Kevin, it was an absolute pleasure doing business with you.
