Polite crew, efficient and met all expectations. Had three contractors present estimates after consultation. Perma Seal wasn't highest quote or lowest but I felt they best understood my issues and had a cost saving alternative for outside downspout drain. Crew did an excellent job of communicating and did work like it was their home. Very satisfied.

Carlos and roberto and his coworker walked me through the entire project to repair 4 basement wall cracks. They were efficient and completed the project in 3 hours. I would highly recommend them again

Luis, explained the process very thoroughly, step by step for my understanding. I am not a early bird, so I also appreciate the call 30 minutes prior to arrival. Great teamwork!!

Macias and his guys are great!!! Came on time, cleaned up everything. The work looks great. Macias explained all the work that was done so I could understand. Now I won’t worry when it rains.

Gus and Nick came by today to put my toilet back on. They did a fanatic job. Gus even gave me some pointers. I hope I never need Perma seal again but if I do. I am calling them.

Tony, Jesus, and Jerad from the Perma-Seal team did awesome work! My wife and I just bought our place and needed to replace the ancient sump pump and deal with a pretty heavy humidity issue in the basement, so we called around.
When Tony came by to give us an assessment of the foundation and other areas, he was a huge help. There were a few spots I thought were foundation issues that he was able to point out were just caused by humidity and not leaks, which a shadier company totally would have taken advantage of. Instead he helped find the right solution, gave a solid quote, and set up the appointment.
When Jesus and Jerad came out to do the installs, they did amazing work. Got everything done in just an hour or two, explained the whole new setup to me, and even worked with me to help move the dehumidifier to a better spot for me and tweaked the base a bit so it would fit properly. So grateful for all of their hard work!

We are extremely satisfied with the finished project that was done to our foundation wall. Josue and his crew are true professionals. From communicating from start to finish, and updating us throughout the day. Big project but they kept everything nice and clean. Walls are back up and foundation is fixed with care, thanks to their work we can comfortably continue to enjoy our home. We highly recommend.

I had my driveway lifted with poly foam and sealed with Nexus. The whole process from beginning to end was incredibly professional. Felt so confident at the end of the project. I’ve saved thousands having my driveway tuned up by Permaseal. Will be having a full sump pump system with basement defender installed in a couple weeks, will never use any other company than Permaseal always 5 star satisfaction!
