Enrique R., & Efraim, did a magnificent job! My walkway was beautifully done! And the other job as well! They were professionals. George & me walked through the process of what I wanted ,straight or with a curb! He delivered my vision! They did their Thang! I was impressed with them digging around my huge raised garden beds(5), with pic ax, and it is hot , 🥵 outside! Kudos to these young men with the knowledge about concrete! I love the edging around the walk, nice! They cleaned up like they were never there, 3 big trucks in my driveway. I’m glad we had the land to accommodate them! I actually thought there would be a back how to remove the dirt but no, these guy were impressive, all in! Thank you George & crew & Perma Seal ! Great work !!!! 10 out of 10.

Gus and Jonny were here today to finish the job. Both are terrific. Johnny was especially helpful with getting me access online. He was so patient with me as I’m lacking in computer skills. Gus explained flushing the faucets and gages. Was very happy with their service. And clean up. Thank you guys ❣️

Today my installation was put it. There were logistics that made it difficult. Yet they found a way, to my relief 😅 The crew was terrific! Worked so hard and were so polite. Yet was especially impressed by Dave Bernet. I had some scratches on my stairs from a previous crew and he took ownership of the issue. Said he might be able to scrub it out, yet if not the company would surely take care of it. Was very reassuring. Luckily the first worked. Thank you Dave and your crew.

Got an alert on my basement defender. Upon contact they came out that same day. Jose checked the system and found the problem right away. Was a quick fix. Jose was very pleasant and efficient. Very happy with the response time. Glad I’m with Perma Seal.

Excellent repair of leveling our driveway and sidewalk and sealing the cracks. Mike, the estimator, explained all of our options and answered all of our questions. Tyler and Elias were here on time and very neat! They leveled the concrete on our driveway and sidewalk and sealed the joints. Great job guys! Perma-Seal should be proud of these dedicated employees. It took a few weeks to get someone out here because they are in high demand. But when Don saw the problem he knew instantly what was wrong. Unlike a couple others we called. Don managed to get the work scheduled for us quickly.

Part of our basement floor needed to be removed and a drainage pipe replaced. Essentially.

Permaseal did an amazing job! My basement was having severe water issues due to 4 cracks that regularly leaked water during any heavy rains because of water drainage issues in my yard. I had a drain-tiles system installed, whole wall waterproofing, cracks sealed and fixed,my sump pump pit moved, and a new drainage area created. From the beginning when Omar explained the process and options to when the team lead by Tomás arrived, I felt that I was in good hands. They worked with my schedule which I really appreciated! Tomás was very professional and explained all the steps in the process. I was anxious about the process, but he answered all of my questions and concerns. He offered suggestions about other concerns that I had about my property’s water issues and told me about other services that Permaseal does that I didn’t even know about! I needed my washer, dryer, and basin sink re-hooked up after having my basement sealed and drain-tiles system completed. When I called Permaseal to explain that I had a time issue (I had to get to work), they reached out to the technician to explain. The technician Ramón was able to arrive earlier than expected and finished in a timely manner so that I could get to work. He made sure to allow me check that everything was working properly and even cleaned out the dryer (It was very dusty!). Thank you, Permaseal!

Perma Seal came out bright and early on a very cold brisk day of 16 degrees in Chicago to seal off part of our basement. Victor was the lead guy and knew what he was doing as well as his crew. They worked hard and diligently to take out the old concrete in order to repair the wall/foundation. There were two cracks that they had to repair; then, they sealed off approximately 20 feet of foundation. The ground is frozen so we have to wait until the dirt settles in order to have it fixed back to normal. I used Perma Seal a long while back to seal several cracks in the foundation and they did a good job; just recently, they had to repair two of the old cracks. I added pictures for the cracks inside repair of cracks and theyWhen they show up, they are always prompt, professional, and courteous. I would use them again for my home water proofing problems.

Jose M did a great job managing our project. He gave me options for my complex stairwell and I ended not having to demolish the stair case. We saved it ! He helped me manage a complex drain system as well and now our basement is dry! Thank you!
