Permaseal did an amazing job! My basement was having severe water issues due to 4 cracks that regularly leaked water during any heavy rains because of water drainage issues in my yard. I had a drain-tiles system installed, whole wall waterproofing, cracks sealed and fixed,my sump pump pit moved, and a new drainage area created. From the beginning when Omar explained the process and options to when the team lead by Tomás arrived, I felt that I was in good hands. They worked with my schedule which I really appreciated! Tomás was very professional and explained all the steps in the process. I was anxious about the process, but he answered all of my questions and concerns. He offered suggestions about other concerns that I had about my property’s water issues and told me about other services that Permaseal does that I didn’t even know about! I needed my washer, dryer, and basin sink re-hooked up after having my basement sealed and drain-tiles system completed. When I called Permaseal to explain that I had a time issue (I had to get to work), they reached out to the technician to explain. The technician Ramón was able to arrive earlier than expected and finished in a timely manner so that I could get to work. He made sure to allow me check that everything was working properly and even cleaned out the dryer (It was very dusty!). Thank you, Permaseal!

Perma Seal came out bright and early on a very cold brisk day of 16 degrees in Chicago to seal off part of our basement. Victor was the lead guy and knew what he was doing as well as his crew. They worked hard and diligently to take out the old concrete in order to repair the wall/foundation. There were two cracks that they had to repair; then, they sealed off approximately 20 feet of foundation. The ground is frozen so we have to wait until the dirt settles in order to have it fixed back to normal. I used Perma Seal a long while back to seal several cracks in the foundation and they did a good job; just recently, they had to repair two of the old cracks. I added pictures for the cracks inside repair of cracks and theyWhen they show up, they are always prompt, professional, and courteous. I would use them again for my home water proofing problems.

Jose M did a great job managing our project. He gave me options for my complex stairwell and I ended not having to demolish the stair case. We saved it ! He helped me manage a complex drain system as well and now our basement is dry! Thank you!

Polite crew, efficient and met all expectations. Had three contractors present estimates after consultation. Perma Seal wasn't highest quote or lowest but I felt they best understood my issues and had a cost saving alternative for outside downspout drain. Crew did an excellent job of communicating and did work like it was their home. Very satisfied.

Carlos and roberto and his coworker walked me through the entire project to repair 4 basement wall cracks. They were efficient and completed the project in 3 hours. I would highly recommend them again
