Perma-Seal

Perma Seal came out bright and early on a very cold brisk day of 16 degrees in Chicago to seal off part of our basement. Victor was the lead guy and knew what he was doing as well as his crew. They worked hard and diligently to take out the old concrete in order to repair the wall/foundation. There were two cracks that they had to repair; then, they sealed off approximately 20 feet of foundation. The ground is frozen so we have to wait until the dirt settles in order to have it fixed back to normal. I used Perma Seal a long while back to seal several cracks in the foundation and they did a good job; just recently, they had to repair two of the old cracks. I added pictures for the cracks inside repair of cracks and theyWhen they show up, they are always prompt, professional, and courteous. I would use them again for my home water proofing problems.

Jose M did a great job managing our project. He gave me options for my complex stairwell and I ended not having to demolish the stair case. We saved it ! He helped me manage a complex drain system as well and now our basement is dry! Thank you!

Polite crew, efficient and met all expectations. Had three contractors present estimates after consultation. Perma Seal wasn't highest quote or lowest but I felt they best understood my issues and had a cost saving alternative for outside downspout drain. Crew did an excellent job of communicating and did work like it was their home. Very satisfied.

Carlos and roberto and his coworker walked me through the entire project to repair 4 basement wall cracks. They were efficient and completed the project in 3 hours. I would highly recommend them again

Luis, explained the process very thoroughly, step by step for my understanding. I am not a early bird, so I also appreciate the call 30 minutes prior to arrival. Great teamwork!!

Macias and his guys are great!!! Came on time, cleaned up everything. The work looks great. Macias explained all the work that was done so I could understand. Now I won’t worry when it rains.

Gus and Nick came by today to put my toilet back on. They did a fanatic job. Gus even gave me some pointers. I hope I never need Perma seal again but if I do. I am calling them.
