I had my driveway lifted with poly foam and sealed with Nexus. The whole process from beginning to end was incredibly professional. Felt so confident at the end of the project. I’ve saved thousands having my driveway tuned up by Permaseal. Will be having a full sump pump system with basement defender installed in a couple weeks, will never use any other company than Permaseal always 5 star satisfaction!

Luis and Johnny from Perma-Seal were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in addressing my sinking driveway and sidewalk. Luis took the time to explain everything in detail, answered all my questions, and made the entire process easy to understand. The work they performed was top-notch—professional, high-quality, and clearly done with care. Thanks to both of them for their expertise and outstanding service.

I had Perma-Seal estimate raising a concrete sidewalk along the side of my garage. Their estimate was double what I was qouted by another company, but the salesman, George, assured me they do excellent work and stand behind their work. Being a previous customer I went ahead and had the work done. They could not properly raise a small end piece of concrete by the side door and applied a huge amount of caulk to make a ramp? I looked awful ,and when they tried to raise it on a second trip the worker said the piece should be re-poured. They said a different crew needed to come out. Instead I got another contract sent to me for another $450.00! When I complained to the salesman and company they said that was all they could do, take it or leave it. I spent 1 afternoon breaking out the piece of concrete and pouring a new one with the concrete mix costing LESS THAN $20.00. They clearly don't want to stand behind their work and I was a previous customer who had cracks repaired in my basement foundation. I will not be calling them again.

Perma-Seal did an outstanding job from start to finish. Mike, the inspector, was extremely thorough, professional, and took the time to explain everything in detail. He made sure I fully understood the issues and the solutions, which gave me a lot of confidence in moving forward.

When it came time for the work to be done, Guillermo, the crew chief, and his team were fantastic. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and treated my home with great care. The quality of their work was top-notch, and you could tell they really took pride in what they were doing.

It’s rare to find a company where both the inspection and the actual work are handled with this level of professionalism and care. I highly recommend Perma-Seal—ask for Mike and Guillermo if you can!

What a scam, my parents they are seniors and this company completely took advantage of them. We had a crack in our basement that was leaking water. The crack ran along the edge of a window well. They told my parents they’d take care of it and seal it up so the basement stays dry. They patched the crack up the wall but left it crack against the frame of the window. Claimed they don’t work on windows. It’s the foundation! Unbelievable. Charged them $100 to come out. The guy knew right away poured water down it. Complete scam. They take advantage of the elderly.

I am over the top happy and pleased with all involved with the designing of the project, the installation crew, in general the whole process with Perma-Seal has been a dream come true. I have had nothing but water issues since the addition was added in 1999, and finally a company that made the whole process effortless on my part. I have never seen a crew work together and each had the same goal it seems. To do the best job possible for a customer and took pride in their work, the product, and kept me informed throughout the process. What a relief to have answers to the issues I was having and to have them solve! They showed me where the water was just sitting along the wall and floor of the basement and no where to go but work its way into the basement. Problem solved. A weight off my mind! I absolutely recommend this company, Perma-Seal to solve your basement water issues. They do more also— they are going to lift the concrete and sidewalk in the spring— I am already booked! This was not an easy job and it was heavy, labor intensive work! They were so pleasant the entire day and kept me informed. Excellent skills and ethics. Thank you does not seem enough, but it’s heartfelt and sincere. Just an amazing team all around!

Aurilio came to patch a crack up in my basement. He did it pretty quick. Aurilio was very respectful and contacted me 30 mins before arriving. Once he was here, he assessed the crack and started work right away. He also answered every question I had. Thanks

After Mariano figured out the problem, I tore down the wall and confirmed his discovery. Perma-seal sent Sergio and Sergio #2. They professionally put in a Drain tile. I am know a very happy and satisfied customer, and the cost was fair. I hope I never see you guys again!!! But, that should be a good thing right? Godspeed.

Victor is experienced and knowledgeable about every aspect of the work he performed today. He sealed a crack in the basement wall, he installed a new pump, a backup pump, and a battery back up in our sump pump area. He also trenched and installed new PVC piping to drain our sump pump water across the yard, and away from the house. He tied the pipe in with our existing downspout waste water which removed all that extra water from the exterior of the house as well.
His partner Luis is also experienced and knowledgeable.
We are very satisfied with the results of their work and their professionalism.
