The quality of the windows themselves is even as good or better than Anderson. Even though Pinnacle does not replace the window framing, Pinnacle will replace any damaged wood and cap the exterior wood. The technicians even did some touch up work and painted were needed. All the staff is very professional and helpful. The windows are beautiful and we can already tell the difference with this cold front.

We had a complete window replacement done on our home and we couldn't be happier with choosing Pinnacle. From Lyle our salesman who was very professional and understood our needs as homeowners, to the work crew who were very proficient, knowledgeable, and on time. Their work did not interfere with our home routine. The work added a new sense of style to the exterior of our home. We may have paid a little more than if we had chose another company, but the results were well worth it. We definitely recommend Pinnacle to our friends and neighbors.

After reluctantly answering the door to solicitors and hearing that they do siding, a man named Dan came by and was very informative and kind. He walked me through the full process, spoke highly of the company he works for and explained in detail the pros and cons of each option. He gave me his personal opinion based on my needs and had a software to show the different colors and siding appearance. What a great guy and not super pushy when I said I wasn't ready. Like I said he got to know me, understood my timeline and projects I've just tackled so he understood. I really appreciate that and thank you for your time today.

Great overall experience with Pinnacle! The sales rep that came to my home to give us the sales pitch was friendly and knowledgeable. He explained all the basics and by the time he finished we signed a contract for replacement windows. As a side note, I wound up with Pinnacle Home Improvement because the sales rep from a competitor never showed up for our appointment and when I called the company I was told that "someone" had cancelled the appointment. Couldn't tell me who cancelled though. Anyway, the rest of the staff was prompt and efficient. The guy who came out to measure the windows arrived on time and quickly got his measurements... On the morning of the installation the crew arrived when I was told they would. The crew set about installing the windows working efficiently. They were done in a couple of hours. Windows look great! I have 3 more windows to replace next year and I will likely call Pinnacle to replace them!
