Mike Yazzie of Platinum Plumbing came out to our house yesterday to install a check valve for home inspection and he was very thorough and did a great job!! We were so excited, because Mike was here before and we really liked his work!

We had no hot water and Mike Yazzie from Platinum Plumbing was able to come out and set up our new water heater on the same day. He gave us options for payment and took the time to walk through our new water heater after it was installed. Definitely recommend!

Mike and Fowler installed a new sump pump and back up battery system in my basement today. My current 1/3 HP sump pump was more than likely past it's prime. Mike had previously visited my home, providing an estimate and explaining the entire process of how the new system would work. I really appreciated Mike providing me with the best option for my residence. Mike also provided a water sensor that will send alerts to my phone if the back-up pump is needed. Making sure everything was completed correctly the first time and taking time to make sure I understood how all the components worked (including the alerts for the system) speaks volumes for the quality of work that Platinum Plumbing provides. I would HIGHLY recommend this company.

We couldn’t be happier with the level of service Platinum Plumbing has provided us. We had a lot of rain and both sump pumps went and flooded basement. This all took place late at night as well. However, Platinum came right out and new pump was installed immediately the same night, which saved us from having a lot more damage. They are prompt, professional and very experienced.

I could not be more pleased with the service I received today from Platinum. My hot water heater died yesterday. In less than 24 hours I have a new unit installed at a great price. It was literally about 45 minutes from my initial call to when my service technician was at my door. Steve was so personable and helpful in recommending options to suit my needs and budget. He even went so far as to suggest ways to bring my costs down that would also cover me for maintenance on all my heating and cooling systems for a year. Once I decided on what was the best option the old unit was removed and new installed same day. Couldn’t be happier and am taking a nice hot shower tonight! I can’t recommend Platinum highly enough. Our family had the pleasure of working with 2 technicians, Mike and Fowler, on a new water heater install. They took great care bringing the heating system into the home and were very professional during the visit.
After it was installed, they walked me through the warranty and operating instructions.

We had an old sewage pump at our house break over the weekend and we called Platinum Plumbing for help. We were able to get an appointment quickly and Mike Y. did an awesome job explaining how the pump works and what our options were. We decided to have the pump replaced and Mike did an awesome job replacing the pump and getting everything working again quickly! Great experience from start to finish!

I generally only take the time to review an organization if they are absolutely worth it. Steve A and his apprentice with Platinum are absolutely worth it. Professional, fast, clean, and friendly. They diagnosed our issue, proposed a solution, went over why they thought it was the best option, and solved the problem all in a single visit. They were also more than happy to spend the time discussing a variety of options for future projects, while providing well itemized quotes for different aspects of those future products.

Platinum did a great job installing a new hot water heater in my home, they fixed a leak that they found also. Very neat, clean. Mike and his assistant did a terrific job, signed up for HVAC service as well.
