First I'll start with the installers Austin and John they were fantastic they explained everything that they were doing even asked us questions on certain things to make it to our liking which was a pleasure everything is nice and neat cleaned up very nicely it was a long road to get to this point but we are here.

The system performed below expectation. My worst nightmare came true three years ago, the roof developed leaks after company repaired electrical line on system. After three attempts to repair leaks failed, we negotiated amicably to replace the roof. It took almost six months to resolve this.
So far so good! Haven't did our solar panel yet! Can't wait!
My experience so far has been great starting with Riley the solar guy to the installation guys! Derrick and Miguel were very nice and informative. Nelson and Luis the install guys were very nice and professional. I got a chance to meet the safety manager who was very nice and excited about her new position in the company. The gentlemen that did the energy test were very nice and informative also. Reed the electrician that came to do the inspection with the town was wonderful.
I had some issues with my solar panel installation. The installers weren't as qualified as I would have liked, resulting in a few hiccups along the way. I would recommend the company to ensure they have more experienced professionals handling the installations to avoid any potential problems in the future.
The representative who assisted us was fine, but the back and forth between UI and PosiGen took two months to turn on the system, which was frustrating. I hope for a faster process between them in the future.
I had a positive experience with the sales and installation team for my solar panels. The salespeople were friendly and knowledgeable, while the installation crew did a great job. They were efficient and had no problems completing the job. Everything went smoothly as promised, and so far, I am happy with the service provided.
The sales staff at the solar company was not a good fit for me. I prefer a more genuine approach and found the salespeople to be too slick. It was too early in the process for me to make a decision.
