I liked that it was a very quick install. I was disappointed that the materials shown to me to make my decision was not what was placed and that was told it was very sturdy but found out it was breakable. Just wished that it would have been more truthful.

Professional all the way. Installation was fast and well done, follow up response was great. Recommend whole heartedly.

The demo crew and installation crew did not read salesman’s notes about demolition. They were supposed to fit the entire bathroom walls which they did not only did the tub surround, plumbers cracked the tub trying to get it in because the walls were not completely removed. Installation crew was able to get tub in but did a horrible job in installation. It was supposed to have some special corners which they did not install only White caulk on gray stone panels looks pretty bad. Salesman came out and said he would have the walls redone but that has been six weeks and no follow up. Niche was install in the wrong area and too high but they had already cut it in. So this was also going to be corrected and has not
For $15,000.00 it was not worth the money for a crappy bathtub installation as I had to complete the sink vanity and toilet install myself

Everyone, from step 1 to completion, was courteous and helpful. (Even when we screwed up things we were to do.)
The men who installed our walk-in shower were friendly and patient. It was not an easy process, but they went above and beyond.

Professional installers. Joseph and Rip were efficient and clean, they arrived and finished when they said they would. Joseph didn't hesitate to come back out to fix a minor issue.

Caleb and his helper they were so nice very efficient very clean. Let me know what was happeninon every step. I can’t say enough about Caleb. And his professionalism if I had my own company, I’d hire him away from you. The bathroom turned out wonderful exactly what I wanted.

Posting this for my 83 yr old mother who hired Premier Home Pros to convert her shower into a bathtub at an extremely high price. She is 3 weeks into the project and still does not have a working bathtub. The service guy has called 3 times scheduling times to show up to fix the installation, she has cancelled her own activities to wait on them but has not once showed up. I am ashamed how this company has taken advantage of a senior.
