Elias did a great job! Very professional listened to our needs and wants… which having 2 people with different ideas ,design thoughts etc. He was extremely patient and a fantastic “mediator “! All maintenance or fabrication, products info he was 110 0/0 able to tell/explain to us his companies differences between the competition … which didn’t compare absolutely satisfied with Elias!…

Well, at the beginning of the project we would’ve giving the Company 4 stars but after the job was completed we give it 5 stars.
Let me explain the reason for the 4 stars.
On the day of the presentation we were told by the sales person that the project would be completed in one day instead it took a little over two weeks.
Maybe the salesman wasn’t 💯 clear or we misunderstood on the time it was going to take to complete the project but for sure it wasn’t one day.
Because our shower door was custom made it had to be order after the panels were installed, take measurements and then order the shower door but we were not told that by the sales person.
We were told the project would be completed in one day.
He didn’t clearly informed us that it would take 3 weeks to complete the project.
It was Efrain that explained the process to us exactly how it was supposed to be. Gracias Efrain😊
We were thinking all kinds of crazy things. I mean this was a big investment and my husband and I wanted to be sure we were not going to lose our money.😩
Can you imagine if we didn’t have an extra shower?

The the shower door was in our house earlier than the 3 weeks, two days before Christmas.😊💃🏽💃🏽
The installation was initiated and completed by Efrain and Sander( I believe that was his name), it took 2 days to install the panels and after two weeks 2 more days for the shower door installation.
I tell you Efrain and Sander, these two guys are both gems. They worked really hard.
Efrain explain everything to us and we understood the process and were able to gain back the trust in the company.
Efrain answered every question we had.
He and Sander showed and explained to us step by step what they were going to do.👍🏾
Both Efrain and Sander were flexible, on time and had great communication with us from the initial installation to the end.
They were very respectful of our home.
After the project was finished they cleaned everything.
They went far and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied customers. Thank you guys!!
I will recommend Efrain and Sander to do your shower with my eyes closed.

Installing the panels took 2 days, let say 2 weeks in between waiting for the shower door then 2 more days to install the shower door.
I would say the whole project started December 5 and was completed on December 23.
We are very satisfied with our new shower.
We are very satisfied with Efrain and Sander; and everyone involved with this project.
In the future If we decide to get new showers, Premier Home Pro will be our first choice.

The installer, Christian, was really great. There were a few problems with our old shower, but he was able to solve the problems. He also took great pride in his work.

Started having two salesman come to my condo said they would do shower for 10,000 , vanitiy, den wallpaper removal and paint ceilings this for a total of$15,900 . Called and got loan from Slice. Then I called one salesman and told him not doing ceiling ,never got hold of him. After many tries March 30 got hold of a Premier office and man said that the shower would cost $13600 and would sue me I tried to get out of it. So I finally said yes and June 5 they started as I was holding door installer had tools in black bag pulled by handles ,he cut my leg and on warfarin I rushed to wound care three that week and was put antibiotics, then later infused antibiotics for 8 days had nurses come in for two months and the men only did two walls about a month later they put grout white looked like a ten year did itww and the glass and door was too small and had to be fixed by putting something attached to it but other side doesn't fit tight. The manager came and had to change price of total to $13600. Brought him in the room made comment that it was my job to keep it clean,never was in it. Sent man to fix grout and put something on door on line side did a great job. But the manager said he would send a grab bar. After calls no answer I bought it, After 11 months for a one day install I on I only should be charged just the $10,000 which I given too Slice for all the problems and rudeness I had with them and cut and time it took to do but still has space on side of door you open. This was done out of West Palm Beach branch. Never I'm sorry for cut leg should sued them for it all.

I think they are a little overpriced but it looks like good quality materials. I was skeptical at first but the installers were great and explained everything to me as they went. They took their time and made sure the job was done right. The shower is nicer than I had expected. Had a problem with the guy who schedules the install but it was addressed and overall I am satisfied with the job
