Jeff Hicks with Radiant Plumbing was great to work with. He came the same day I inquired about my shower water leak. He took the time to explain why I had a water leak and what needed to be done to fix it. As a first-time homeowner, this was all new to me, and it wasn't something my inspector or real estate agent ever talked about with me. Jeff was calm, professional, honest, and easy to talk to. He answered my questions without making me feel lost or rushed, and he made sure I understood what was going on every step of the way and why it’s important to be proactive and not wait until something really bad happens.
We'll definitely be using him for our plumbing project. If you're buying a house or need plumbing work done, I highly recommend Jeff because he is the guy.

I had a major hot water heater leak at my Airbnb on a Saturday night, and Radiant Plumbing responded immediately. Their dispatch team had me scheduled right away, and Marcel, a Master Plumber, arrived early Sunday morning.

From the moment he started diagnosing the problem, it was clear Marcel knew exactly what he was doing. He quickly determined that my water heater needed replacement and recommended replacing both units since they were the same age and installed in tandem. He also identified plumbing that had been installed incorrectly and explained how to bring everything up to code.

Marcel presented several options without pressure, clearly explaining the pros and cons of each. I chose two Marathon water heaters, and by that evening the entire installation was complete, including all new plumbing.

Marcel was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and took the time to explain everything throughout the process. The quality of the work was outstanding. I highly recommend Radiant Plumbing and especially Marcel for anyone looking for honest advice, expert workmanship, and exceptional service.

Ryan did an amazing job removing the old and installing a whole new HVAC system with the outside compressor on the 3rd floor roof, no less! AND….did this all by himself except for the quick help of the crane driver/operator to get the compressor on the roof. So many stairs, zero complaints! I called Radiant when my AC stopped cooling. I've seen their funny commercials on TV. A nice lady answered and explained their services to me. I ended up purchasing their maintenance program. They sent up to date notifications via text on when the technician would arrive gave me his name and even sent a picture of him. They sent Alex G. within a hour. When he arrived he put on shoe covers before he came into my house which was important to me. I explained the issue I was having he assessed my issue and explained the different maintenance packages they offered and he had my AC running again. I really liked how well trained they are and their professionalism and the fact that he was Spurs fan too was a HUGE plus. Thank you Radiant for providing nice, professional and honest technicians that don't try to take advantage of women and the funny commercials are great too. I highly recommend them to my family and friends.

Manuel was a stupendous technician who responded to a late night call regarding our bursted water pipe. Not only did he resolve the issue, but he also helped us identify other safety concerns regarding our water heater. Manuel is a professional in all aspects and his service reflects greatly on the credibility of Radiant Plumbing.

After confirming that my existing water softener had a unrepairable leak I was provided a few quotes to have it replaced. After reviewing the quotes I opted to have Radiant install a new softener which they provided and after accepting the quote I was contacted within the same evening to schedule the install. Mike just finished up, gave a brief explanation (similar to my only units operation) and left the manual and ensured if I had any questions I could reach out. The old unit will be picked up and properly disposed of as part of the service, a major plus. Thanks to Mike and all of the Radiant team I’ve had the pleasure of working with thus far.
