I called Rapid Roofing based on a referral from a friend
I got several bids for replacement windows for my whole house.
4 companies were between $4000 to $45,000 more and made me very uncomfortable with their high pressure sales tactics.
The salesperson from Rapid Roofing was so kind, explained everything very well and was not at all high pressure. I LOVED the windows he showed me. They were made in America, Ohio to be exact, and have a lifetime, transferrable warranty, which also made me very happy. I love supporting local. I am still shocked at the price I paid for a whole house of windows, including installation and trim. And the windows are so nice, not that plastic crap offered by other local companies.
The entire experience was delightful. I was informed and everything happened exactly as I expected. My salesperson was entirely kind, patient and professional. And I LOVE my new windows!! I cannot express enough how pleased I am with my entire experience with Rapid Roofing. I will add photos as soon as my siding is complete.

Recommended to me by my boss. I had dealt with another company and decided to get a quote from Rapid. Their quote was half of the other company. Their work is outstanding. They addressed several issues we were experiencing. We love our new roof!!

Edner was an amazing project manager. When other companies shied away from the job, Rapid Roofing sent out their best team of professionals.

Roof looks awesome and they finished in two days flat. 12/12 with gables…the guys working with Edner are good and I don’t give out compliments very easily.

*Updated review: Rapid roofing reached out and everyone was super kind about finding a resolution. Ended up getting a full replacement on the skylights and as the name implies they were very quick to do so. Crew works fast and looks to be quality work so far. Will update if the skylights leak.

Had my roof replaced 2 years ago along with the flashing for 6 skylights. Unfortunately since the skylights are so old they had to modify the flashing to make it fit. All 6 skylights developed leaks over time and while the company was kind enough to send someone out and temporarily fix with silicone I did not feel this would work long term so talked to Rapid Roofing about getting a full replacement done. They gave me a great price on a full replacement and so far so good!

The leaks I'll take partial blame for. I should have gone with a full replacement off the bat but simply replacing the flashing was one of the options they gave me and it seemed like a good middle ground. I know nothing of roofing so the sales rep probably should have not offered it or recommended a full replacement instead.

Either way, I'm satisfied with the quality and speed of the work and couldn't ask for more. The workers were all super friendly and worked hard.

Edner and his crew did an excellent roof replacement. Very professional, very detail in their workmanship. Communicated the progress of replacing and repairing the roof. The crew did a phenomenal job cleaning up afterwards. Edner was curteous, kind and professional. I recommend Rapid Roofing. Paul Martinelli advocated on our behalf In getting the job done completed from storm damage. The staff was helpful throughout the process.

Had my roof replaced 2 years ago along with the flashing for 6 skylights. Unfortunately all 6 skylights developed leaks over time and while the company was kind enough to send someone out and temporarily fix with silicone I did not feel this would hold up in the long term and requested a quote for a full replacement of the skylights. They kept saying they would get back to me but never did. I called over a dozen times this year trying to simply get a quote. I am happy to pay for the skylights. I just want a more permanent fix.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this company to anyone else as their response time is terrible/non-existent. Happy to change my review if they are willing to help fix their mistake. But for now I'm off to go repair the ceiling and floors where the water leaked in now....

​We had a great experience with Rapid Roofing for our roof replacement on 9/17/25. We chose them after receiving several quotes, and our sales representative, Paul M., was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and made sure all our specific requests were included in the written contract.
​The crew, led by Dominic and Ronnie, did an outstanding job. They were professional, kept us informed every step of the way, and completed the entire installation in just one long day. They were meticulous, confirming that every item on the contract was completed to our satisfaction. They also did an excellent job protecting our home and landscaping, and their cleanup was thorough. The wheeled dumpster was gone by the next morning.

I highly recommend Rapid Roofing Ypsilanti, MI, when you need to replace your roof. Chris Finnigan was open and honest when explaining the process and helping me select shingles. He helped with getting me financing and was available for questions that I had. Dave Southworth called a week before they wanted to do the job and answered questions I had about times and what to expect. He also called to inform me the job would be delayed a day because of rain. Sure enough the next day at 640 the dumpster was dropped. Around 710, Aleaha, project manager, arrived and went over what to expect. The crew (10) showed up by 730 and the process began. The windows were blocked with plywood to protect against falling debris, tarps were laid around the house to catch things, and clean up was exemplary. They were done by 1050 and I now have a beautiful roof! Call them when you are in need of a roof!

The BEST! From an HOA must have Cedar Shake roof to a Grand Sequoia Reflective Roof, these are the best! I would highly recommend Rapid Roofers!

Jason, in sales, worked with us from the beginning of the entire process, presenting to our HOA through the actual putting in of our beautiful roof. He knows the product and because he put roofs on for so many years, he knows exactly what needs to be done on the job. Great guy who follows through on his word.

Paul is his higher up and helped with the difficult process of getting our roof from California, under the new MI law of reflective roofs being acceptable even under HOA restrictive rules.

Dominick was the lead Project Manager on the job-Fantastic! Walked me through everything, followed through on everything he said he would do, led his team to a fantastic job. Great guys to work with! Made the process of tear off/put on and a messy job a pleasant experience.

The crews were absolutely amazing and FAST! There’s a reason they are called Rapid Roofers! They ripped off a Cedar Shake roof of 4700 squares and replaced it with the Grand Sequoia Reflective in 2 DAYS! When they walked away, everything was spotless! These guys are hard working, skilled and wonderful to work with.

Truly 5 star! We had been under a tarp for an entire year and these guys, from beginning to end were absolutely top notch. I did my research and on paper they looked the best, but having worked with them, I have experienced for myself, they are the best!
