I really hate to leave this type of review. I never do. But I am so disappointed. This company used to be family owned and I was told it was wonderful. It then got bought out by a plumbing company and obviously went downhill. I needed a new AC unit and they talked me into a complete HVAC replacement. Which was fine because my furnace was getting pretty old. However, they installed a lemon furnace. For five months, it never worked. From the very beginning. I had 17 service calls and they would just come out and replace a tiny part, or claim they fixed it. And it would run all day and all night with straight cold air. Some days were below zero degrees. I took so many days off work so they could come and try to fix it. I had to ask many times to just have it replaced.
They finally agreed to replace it after bringing a representative from the actual manufacturer out. I ran seven space heaters in my home for months. They verbally promised me some compensation for my electricity bill and my time off work, etc. I contacted them multiple times via phone, email, text, for this compensation. I was ignored. Their first priority is not the customer whatsoever. It is simply money, and going through the motions. Many of their young techs don’t know what they’re doing. A couple of the older ones were very good, but I advise them to find another company to work for. Hopefully they don’t treat their employees like they treat their customers.

Chris was an experienced tech that answered all my questions, ran a multitude of tests on my furnace and got it up and running. (I had another company come previously that said I just needed a new furnace.)

Jason Hines showed up right on time. Gave me an estimate right away, and got right to work. he removed my old motion -sense kitchen faucet and installed the new one, I had purchased online from Moen. It was a difficult job because I have a deep farm sink that takes up a lot of space in the cabinet under the sink. he never complained once. He then replaced my master bath shower head with a new one, I had also purchased from moen on line. He then replaced my guest bathroom shower head with the old shower head he removed from the master bath. Jason was professional, pleasant, and very competent. I will call Ken Herbert Plumbing the next time I need a plumber.
