We paid over $6,000 for a new water heater. The replacement unit began showing ignition errors instantly and we have been without reliable hot water for several days. We have had plumbers show up multiple times and a roofer and still no change. Multiple requests for manager follow-up have gone unanswered. We are hopeful the company will respond and resolve the issue.

I appreciate Reliant’s public response. Unfortunately, since posting my original review, we still do not have reliable hot water.
We paid over $6,000 for a new Navien tankless water heater after our previous unit failed. The replacement unit immediately began experiencing ignition errors, and we have now gone approximately 11 days without hot water.
Since installation, Reliant has sent technicians to our home numerous times, including management involvement, multiple troubleshooting visits, venting modifications, and other diagnostic work. Despite these efforts, the problem remains unresolved.
What is most frustrating is that the public response asks me to contact the office and request a manager, which I have already done repeatedly throughout this process. At this point, I am simply asking for a functioning water heater, reliable hot water, and consistent communication regarding a resolution.
I will gladly update this review again if and when the issue is fully resolved.

I am updating my review after further follow-up with customer service, and my concerns were not resolved. At this point, I am no longer pursuing a refund.
My experience with Reliant Plumbing was extremely disappointing. The pricing felt excessive for the quality of work provided, and the service did not reflect what was promised or expected.
The technician assigned to my job, Mark Allen, did not complete the work in a way that resolved the issue. What initially appeared to be a fixed problem later proved to still be unresolved, resulting in additional frustration and time lost.
I also have serious concerns about the authenticity of the positive reviews. I was told by others that employees may receive incentives tied to positive reviews they generate. I cannot confirm this, but it raised legitimate concerns for me about how some of the reviews here are obtained.
Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend Reliant Plumbing. I strongly encourage others to get multiple estimates, ask detailed questions before work begins, and carefully verify the scope of service being provided. My experience did not reflect professionalism, transparency, or quality workmanship.

• Very disappointing experience with Reliant Plumbing, specifically with technician Mark Allen. What should have been a straightforward repair turned into a long, drawn-out visit. He left at one point to retrieve parts and later returned stating he had replaced the flush valve and replaced the commode. I initially held off on leaving a review until I had another plumber inspect the work. After that second evaluation, I was informed that the commode was actually cracked and had not been properly replaced or addressed. It appeared the original fixture had simply been cleaned, polished, and reinstalled rather than replaced as stated. Throughout the entire visit, everything took an excessive amount of time, and his actions seemed very distracted and disorganized. At times, his behavior felt odd and concerning, and it raised questions about whether he was fully focused or possibly under some type of influence, though I can’t say that for certain. Based on the follow-up assessment and overall experience, I will not be using this company again and do not recommend their services.

This place is a scam, and the reason they have so many reviews is they relentlessly follow-up until you leave one.
I had avoided leaving one until now because I was hoping to have this resolved. I had a tech come out to evaluate a leak and was quoted about $2600 for the repair. We were informed that we would be charged 50% up front and then on completion of the work. However, we decided to cancel (same day) because we found a much cheaper quote elsewhere.
That was November. As of today, I cannot get a return call for a refund. The customer service department is excellent, but they cannot approve refunds and require approval from a manager in the field. I have called multiple times, and still no resolution.
I intend to take them to small claims court and file with BBB next week.

I had a fantastic experience with this team after they installed a new outdoor spigot in my backyard. When I noticed a connection issue a few months later, their office staff was incredibly helpful and managed to fit me in for a follow-up appointment the very next day. My tech consultant, Carlos, did an amazing job. He was prompt, professional, and took the time to be thorough while still working impressively fast. I really appreciated his clear communication throughout the process and highly recommend their reliable service. He quickly diagnosed the issue and took the time to explain how I can troubleshoot it myself if it ever happens again. He was kind, thorough, professional, and right on time (and even reassured me that since our unit is under Reliant’s warranty, there was no charge for the visit).
