Xavier Rodriguez was a very professional, very personable gentleman. There was not a lot of sales pressure, and everything was thoroughly explained and he was genuine. The price was very high.

So far Costume Built has been a pleasure to deal with. They keep their appointments and are very professional. Have answered all of our questions so far. Our roof is scheduled to be completed in the near future so I cannot comment on their workmanship.

Custom built is a terrible company to work with. Salesman's lied about what was getting done to my house. He showed us a picture of my house and my detached garage. He stated that they would be doing the roof on my house and nothing on the detached garage. We agreed to that. However when he wrote the paperwork up he checked boxes stating no garage or porches. This seemed correct to us because we knew the detached garage wasn't being done and we have no covered porches. The company ONLY did the main roof and then when I asked why the rest or lower portion of was roof wasnt done. I was told that wasnt included in the quote. They consider the lower portion as garage and porch. It would have REALLY been great if the saleman would have said that the lower part of the roof wasnt being done. Dont trust this company. I paid an ungodly amount for a terrible job

I got a call from them but I told the man that called that I did not want to do business with them. He made me extremely angry. He kept insisting that my husband be there to make the decision. I told him over and over that this was my decision and that my husband did not need to be there. He would not accept that a woman is capable of making such a decision so they lost my business. I do not do business with idiots!
