I was at the local Lodi Grave festival and “Rose Remodeling” had a booth. I explained in detail what I wanted done to my shower, and they told me they would set an appointment for me, and someone would come and give me an estimate.
On the day of my appointment, I left work earlier to be home, no one showed up or called me to let me know the appointment was canceled. Purely no show no call. I then call them and apparently they didn’t even have me down for an appointment at all. ( I even offered to email them the paper I was given on my time and day of appointment.
If a company does this, they should NOT be trusted to work on homes. Beware!

Eric was so knowledgeable and communicated well. Both my husband and I had a very positive experience. We are so looking forward to our project. The materials appear to be high quality and look simply beautiful. I will post another review after completion.

The tech was on time and listened to what I wanted. He explained things well and gave me the options. He went over options for materials. Then it came to pricing.
During the rest of the time he gave me three different prices for the work:
1. A price valid for one year.
2. A second price valid if the work would start in the near future.
3. A price if I would commit to doing the work right away.
He showed me where his software only gave pricing after answering questions. I don't trust companies that give multiple prices not based on the actual job, but rather on my commitment.
In conclusion, the tech was fine but the company is sketchy.

DO NOT book with these people. They do not respect your time at all. The first time booking they literally confirm they'll be late. Stating traffic issues before hand. Day of they will call you an hour later than your appt to trek you they're running late. UNACCEPTABLE! MY TIME IS PRICELESS. I HAVE 5 BATHROOMS TO REMODEL AND THEY WASTED MY TIME. NEVER EVERY AGAIN!

The guys that came out to bid and sell the job were not the guys that came out to perform the work. Those guys were rude to my mother and my wife. They were not prepared for the job, or qualified to do the job. I ended up doing most of the remodel myself. All they did was the shower surround but wanted to be paid for all the work I did. Be careful what you sign. Their contract is deceiving. They scammed my elderly mother and put a lien on her house for 50 racks. They only labor they did was the shower. These guys suck! Not trustworthy! Not honest! Don't sign their misleading contract!!!!

My wife and I scheduled an appointment with Rose Remoldeling. The representative Josh was friendly, timely, and thourough in his presentation and estimate.
