We found Joshua Hoffman high in work ethics, professional in manners and his customer service is commendable. He explained to us in great detail every aspect of the transaction/remodeling job he is trying to sell us. He was honest; had shown some patience and as well as empathy to elderlies like us in answering all our questions and going over a few times the parts that seems doubtful to us. Needless to say, he had gained our confidence and trust with Rose Remodeling, the company he represents. We are completely happy with the experience we had with him.

We wanted to share our experience with Rose Remodeling of our shower upgrade.
We had a gentleman named RAMON take out our old, little corner shower unit that was so old & out dated. He built a new walk in shower that is gorgeous!! RAMON did an outstanding job & thorough conversion that we are very happy with.
Then we had RAMIRO of Ramiro's glass make sliding doors to complete the enclosed walk in shower. It looks absolutely fantastic!! We are exceptionally happy with how our new shower looks & functions for us.
As I am handicapped, RAMON also put in shower grab bars to help me get around safely.
Also, I have had numerous conversations with GRAHAM. I believe he was the project coordinator. He was extremely helpful with all my questions. And stayed on top of the project through all of it, to completion.
After this conversion was completed, we are very happy with the services we received from Rose Remodeling & Ramiro's Glass.
We would recommend them both very highly!!

We had an old walk in shower converted to a tub/shower combo.
The first line of the contract states dust control.
We were gone after they started working because of the noise. Came home to absolutely nothing covered, no plastic sheets hung - NOTHING protected. They had to use a jackhammer to create a new drain so we ended up with fine concrete powder throughout our entire house. Clothing, furniture everything. It took over a month to get everything clean. They did send out a cleaning crew but dust kept falling off of the ceiling, walls, window covering for weeks.
The final product? Just okay. The tub slants downward toward the drain way too much, the caulking is discoloring even with weekly cleaning. We have to squeegee the walls after every shower or spots show. We had to empty out our walk in closet and wash or dry clean every piece of clothing.
We had a very good, personable sales person. We got suckered and paid way too much for this product.

Eric was so knowledgeable and communicated well. Both my husband and I had a very positive experience. We are so looking forward to our project. The materials appear to be high quality and look simply beautiful. I will post another review after completion.
Post walkin shower install: Rose Remodeling was prompt each day of the installation. Sergio was the demo guy and although he worked alone , he was very thorough and left no mess or trash. Eugene came in to install and finish. What a great job he did. The shower looks absolutely fab. Im glad we included a statioary bench...looks beautiful and my hubby loves it. Wonderful service too. Richard is our Project Manager and he was "on it". We had a great crew. Thanks guys. The McClains

I had three companies lined up the same day. Patrick was the third scheduled. I was apprehensive when I opened the door because he looks like a kid. As soon as we sat down at the table Patrick shined like the superstar that he truly is. Very knowledgeable, transparent, upfront, and he represented Rose Remodeling with pride and loyalty. Best price of all 3 bids. I never felt pressured and if and when I move forward with my remodel, Rose will have my business. Patrick is team member to be very proud of.

I was at the local Lodi Grave festival and “Rose Remodeling” had a booth. I explained in detail what I wanted done to my shower, and they told me they would set an appointment for me, and someone would come and give me an estimate.
On the day of my appointment, I left work earlier to be home, no one showed up or called me to let me know the appointment was canceled. Purely no show no call. I then call them and apparently they didn’t even have me down for an appointment at all. ( I even offered to email them the paper I was given on my time and day of appointment.
If a company does this, they should NOT be trusted to work on homes. Beware!

The tech was on time and listened to what I wanted. He explained things well and gave me the options. He went over options for materials. Then it came to pricing.
During the rest of the time he gave me three different prices for the work:
1. A price valid for one year.
2. A second price valid if the work would start in the near future.
3. A price if I would commit to doing the work right away.
He showed me where his software only gave pricing after answering questions. I don't trust companies that give multiple prices not based on the actual job, but rather on my commitment.
In conclusion, the tech was fine but the company is sketchy.
