S & R Sevices built a beautiful replacement for our deck. The consultation work for the planning of the deck construction was very detailed and we were very satisfied with the proposal.

I'm very happy with the new deck and the care in the construction of it. The materials used are solid quality. The people building it were very careful of the site. Any questions were answered cheerfully. Additionally, a walkway was put in from the gate to the grass. It was beautifully done.

​I recently used S&R Eagle Services for a loft-to-bedroom conversion, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. After getting quotes from five different places, I found their pricing to be very reasonable and competitive.

S&R Eagle Services was awesome! They did a bathroom remodel demo-ing the old bath completely and replacing it all with new. They also made a few electrical changes/additions and raised the ceiling in the shower. From start to finish, Ruby, the project manager, was friendly, patient, clear, and focused. She kept us informed about everything during the course of the entire project so we were never left wondering what was happening each day or when the contractors would arrive. The main contactor, Gustavo, was ALSO awesome. Not only is he friendly and kind, but he was very respectful of our home. Gustavo is a craftsman who takes pride in the quality of his work, and it was evident in everything he did. It took them 2 weeks and a day, which we greatly appreciated too. There was never an added expense we didn’t talk about ahead of time, and it ended up costing roughly the same as the other quotes we received. We will definitely use them again for our next project!

Nubia worked closely with the insurance and documented everything that needed to be addressed due to hail and wind damage. She kept me informed every step of the way. The entirety of the project involved siding repair, roof replacement, window screen replacement, and outside light replacement. The crews for each part of the project arrived on time and got right to work. Everyone did an excellent job. I would recommend S&R Eagle Services LLC to anyone who needs roofing, siding, exterior painting, or exterior lighting.

We originally wanted to add on a room but permits would not allow it. So we replaced our worn out deck with a cement deck and added on something that had pull down shades and a roof system that can open. Major upgrade to what we had. It even had a heater installed above the door. Wanted to thank Eric and Jeff for getting this done.

Our deck was literally falling apart after thirty years. Jeff Scott and Eric Virkler knew what we needed and got it done in a timely fashion. We know this is a space we will use now, and for many years to come. Thanks to all the guys who worked hard on this project!

I had the best experience with this company. Nubia for one was amazing. She was there through it all. Always keeping me updated. Honestly, if it wasn't for her I probably wouldn't have went with them. I knew I was in good hands the first day I met her. The crew did a beautiful job on my deck, painting of the house and all my flooring. Let me start by saying if I could rate this company 10 out of 10 I would Particular credit goes to Jeff Scott, who after one Extensive conversation About decks and decking I knew I had the right company. Something in my spirit told me he as a professional was an honorable man and so I canceled for other appointments for estimates on this project.

My instincts were not wrong From the beginning to the end, I have seen nothing but professionalism, the highest of quality work and the best communication between a contractor and a customer. I receive photos multiple phone calls emails a point of contact and the experience has been nothing short of phenomenal.

I look forward to working with this company again on projects outside of decking, because they left a lasting impression of integrity, quality, Veteran service, and an overall wonderful experience.

We contracted with S&R Eagle Services through Angi's List to replace damaged carpet in the apartment with ceramic tile, like the rest of the house. Nubia gave us the best price, took us to the tile store to choose, and gave us superb service. Robert managed the project with all our needs in mind. Gustavo started work in less than a week, and finished it in less than a week. Hector delivered the materials and cleaned up afterwards with great care. My wife loves it, she says it is beautiful. 5 Star service all the way!
