Victor was very professional, knowledgeable and worked efficiently. We were notified ahead of time of his arrival. He was courteous and explained the service in detail. We have had Joplins service our system for years and have always been pleased with the results.

From selecting units to the installation to office staff to maintenance, we have been more than pleased with our experience. When we decided to replace our two systems a few years ago we considered several companies before deciding on Joplin’s. We are still so glad we did! Everything is still running great, and the people here make all the difference. Kudos to Misty and Haley who answer calls and arrange schedules to make sure we get the service we need when we need it. And if all of their techs are as knowledgeable and personable as Donovan, you can be sure things will be done right and with a positive attitude. He invited and answered all our questions as well as explained details about what he was doing and what we can do to keep our systems at their best in this wonderful Texas climate. If you’re considering new HVAC, remember you’re purchasing more than just the units themselves. Joplin's maintenance plan is by far the best value in the area. The techs are always professional, timely, and helpful. They also saved me thousands on a quote from another company. The other company suggested replacing the entire unit but the tech from Joplin's was able to diagnose the exact part that needed replaced. I'm very thankful for this company and highly recommend them.

Bill Joplin AC has taken great care of us and has been amazing to work with as they have replaced two of our AC units in the past year. Carson came to service our new units and did an unbelievably great, thorough job - checking each unit, changing the filters, and taking time to inspect both inside and outside for any potential problems. The sales rep Grant was excellent. No bs, very honest and straightforward. He even came by my house on the day of installation to make sure everything was done correctly.

Christian was the install lead and he too was fantastic as was the entire crew. The crew was very conscientious, courteous and did an excellent job on the install.

Crew cleaned up, took me thru operation and everything is working like a charm.

Joplin is an old and very reputable company. Their install price for my 4 ton complete system change out was competitive.

Donovan came out this morning for our six-month maintenance inspection. He was very thorough throughout the process with a detailed explanation of the results. He also offered advice on options to help with our continuing dust problems.

The technician arrived in a timely manner introduced himself I showed him where the thermostas were and the location of the heating unit. The technician Greg Flatten focused on his mission and when finished he cleaned up his work area and showed me the information to sign. We are very pleased with the service we receive from Joplins, one of our best investments as property owners.

Jason “Donovan” , our service technician, serviced our AC this week and did a great job. He made sure everything worked properly. Not only was he on time, he was friendly, easy to work with and knows what he’s doing. I would highly recommend him to everyone.

Had our Winter service with Michael from Joplin’s this week. We are always impressed with the work done by the techs. We have had experienced, knowledgeable guys every time. They take their time inspecting and doing the PM. Michael provided a verbal recap before he left. Great company.
