The technician arrived in a timely manner introduced himself I showed him where the thermostas were and the location of the heating unit. The technician Greg Flatten focused on his mission and when finished he cleaned up his work area and showed me the information to sign. We are very pleased with the service we receive from Joplins, one of our best investments as property owners.

I've been using Joplin's for maintenance for the last 5 years or so. Before that, as dumb as it sounds, I would just change the filter and wait until the unit broke and then call someone. I think think the maintenance package is a GREAT deal, and I love that someone takes a look at the unit twice a year, tests it, and make sure everything is running smoothly. Jason "Donovan" was my tech today, and he was great. He explained to me the process, did his work, and he was super professional. I recommend Joplin's every chance I get.
