Chris was an exquisite professional. He followed through with a tedious repair of my heating unit with the most friendly and experienced approach I’ve ever seen in a maintenance & repair visit from any vendor I have experienced. His visit was scheduled for the heating unit alone and in small talk I told him about my fireplace issues as well. And guess what, he fixed the fireplace too on the spot which was completely above and beyond customer service. I’m blown away by the great experience. 5 stars without a doubt.

We got an assessment from a competitor but their repair costs seemed a little high so we shopped around. Service First had a price well within our budget. John, the Technician arrived on time. Before performing the work he double checked to make sure the previous tech was correct in his assessment, then got right to work. John was very nice and communicated his progress along the way. Our AC was repaired in no time. In roughly 45 minutes the temperature in our home has dropped from a balmy 89 degrees to a bearable 76! Yeah baby! Thanks so much to Chris and John!

Chris was very cool. Got my HVAC working smooth like butter and gave me a first responder discount for being a nurse. Kept me updated on the part delivery date as it had to be shipped in from out of state. Great customer service.

They were really friendly from the first call to the final service. The receptionist was very sweet, Travis was great on the phone and Christopher the tech who came out was wonderful. They squeezed into their busy schedule. Had to add freon to system Chris went out to get it and came to finish the job. Chris was also nice enough to help us find out if we still have a warranty on our ac system, definitely something he didn't need to do! This service was great!

Service First Corp was the best service men I have ever used. They showed up on time, gave me a lower than another company I have used for 30years. They moved up their installation date when they found out I had terminal cancer. They understood how hard it is for me not to have air. A week later we had problem with the air blowing cold air. It was a heat wave day. Triple digits! They were out in under two hours and had the unit back to blowing cold air in no time. If you need an Air Conditioner or Heating work done, please call Trevor!

After having a horrible experience with Mauzy Heating & Air, I found Service First Corp on the Lennox approved list. Service First Corp is way more reasonable and affordable than Mauzy Air. Just their fee to come out is way less than Mauzy Air. I'm so happy with the great customer service from both Chris and Jose. Chris was very patient and professional when we talked over the phone and knew exactly what I was talking about. He explained to me what the work entailed and I truly appreciate that. The technician, Jose was very nice and knowledgeable. Got the work done quick and helped me set up my Icomfort. Great customer service from beginning to end!
